The apartment’s location was excellent, especially for us as being close to the train station was very important. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond and assist.
Very little to complain about. The only minor issue was with accessing one of the doors, but the host was quick to respond and the problem was resolved immediately.

Communication woth the hotel, ease of checking in. Location was good for us. We were allowed to keep our luggage longer .
All was good; coffee and tea facilities.

Great location! It is 12 min walking from Termini station. Thank you for the cold water provided, delicious coffee in the room, steamer for your clothes and the bonus band-aid that I needed from the walking in Rome! It is close to Metro, shops and everything that you need for great time in Rome.

It was clean and a good size. Near a metro stop albeit a little out of the main touristy spots.
Old property - issue with main door, we had to call 3 owners 3 times due to not being able to get in or out of the building. This delayed our day on the first occasion. We were essentially trapped and was given instruction on going to their office to get a master key.
