It was really nice and well equipped with all mod cons. It was in a nice position in a peaceful location

No outside shower round the pool

We had a great week at this lovely villa Everything was very clean and the welcome basket was a lovely touch The furnishings and beds were all clean and comfortable. The air con was very welcome too and the area was quiet residential street, there is some building work on the hill behind the villa but this did not disrupt our stay Parking available for 2 cars in the driveway and the gates can be closed making it secure for children staying All contact we had with the agents before and during our stay was answered quickly and they were all extremely helpful - thank you

Just some minor things for improvement A manual with instructions on how to work things in the Villa would be good, we had problems with the water pressure and didn’t realise there was a switch for this outside the upstairs bathroom Some cleaning products to help keep the kitchen clean, only thing supplied was washing up liquid. No anti bac hand gel or spray either. We’ve stayed in a lot of self catering properties and normally these would be available We reported a broken parasol at the pool and bedroom door lock, hopefully these have been repaired by now But none of this would put us off returning to this lovely villa

Lack of information ar villa. I have stayed in lots of villa type accommodation and have usually been provided with an info folder. This would include instructions about things at villa and local info.

Excellent all round. Large Villa. All 3 bedrooms were a good size. Maintained to a high standard, comfortable & very clean. The Villa was a 10 / 15 minute walk into the centre of Protaras but was set in a quiet cul de sac. Recommended.

Some information about how to use the various fittings would have been good, especially the safe where the code needed to be re-set before a new code could be entered. However, the Agent L A Mer Homes sent an employee over to the Villa within an hour of our call which was very good service. One other very small point is that all the Villa's were numbered as opposed to named, so it took a while to find number 11.

Perfect in every aspect. Beautiful villa, great location, excellent service.

Lovely villa. Would definitely recommend. Loved every minute. The pool and views from the balcony are brilliant

Spacious, clean, wonderful private pool, dishwasher and washing machine

Loved it all but if being picky, a small welcome pack would be great with things like sugar, milk, coffee, tea and bread
