Location and staff were super nice. You can easly walk to Kuta beach and nearby restaurants. Staff was also very nice and helped us whenever we had a question. Aircon worked fine and although recommendations said there are many mosquitos we hardly had any although we stayed during rainy season.

Most pictures are showing the beautiful bamboo cottages that were under construction when we stayed there. On the other hand our room was basic and very dirty. No sheets for blankets, pillow had stains that you could easily peel off, no soap, old towels in bathroom were quickly picked up when we entered for the first time and nobody cleaned during our stay. Luckily staff was super nice and changed sheets after complaining about it. Pool was also too dirty to feel comfortable to swim. So compared to any other places we stayed in during our two month holiday in lombok/bali this was unfortunatelly one of the bad experiences for us.

Central hotel in the center of Kuta. Hot shower with good pressure. Great airconditioning. Friendly staff, easy check-in.

Stains on the bed sheets and towels. They smelled clean but it felt uncomfortable.

The owner was very nice and helpful, it is a very nice and quiet place. You can also rent motorbikes here and easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

unfortunately the cleaning could be better. we stayed 4 days and the room was never cleaned, a bad smell came out of the toilet.If the bathroom was modernized a bit and the cleaning better it would be an even place !!!

The property was beautiful, the pool area was great and a social place to meet the other guests if you wanted to. The property was kept really clean, not juts the rooms but all the paths and the pool. The owner organised our transport for us at a very reasonable price. The bed was super comfy with a lovely duvet! The porch area was a lovely place to hang out and read ur books. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back. This property is exceptional, especially considering the price. Terima makasih for our stay.

This was a lovely place - clean, had a pool (we didn’t use), lovely trees and paths around it. Free refill water. They were very friendly staff and helpful and concerned when they learnt of my ear infection. Bed was comfy, lots of storage if staying for longer and good hot shower.

Check in was unfortunately why the place lost a full star score. We arrived at 2.30pm (check in from 2pm) and no one at all (staff or guests) were to be found. We called out and rang the bell a number of times. We tried calling the number with no answer. We went to the the homestay next door, who were very helpful and tried calling them too with no success. We were due to meet a driver so they kindly held our bags. On return that evening, we were told staff were cleaning the rooms at the time (we called out loudly more than once). They were pleasant and apologetic about it but it was a significant hassle that almost cost them our business.

Lovely place, clean room and great pool and common areas

The pool area is divine! It is clean and well taken care of and it is beautiful! Staff is great Quiet hot water in shower drinking water freely available Walking distance from Kuta center. No need to use the scooter as plenty of good restaurants nearby

it was spotless! so clean! the staff were brilliant and so welcoming there were kitchen facilities it was very close to everything scooter hire available

the first bed we stayed in - the mattress needs throwing as it had two very big bips in the bed so we were unable to sleep well. the AC needed servicing and had a smell like petrol so we got moved and that room was excellent- the bed was very comfy in this room.

The stuff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are super clean, the pool is amazing and the location is great. 7-10 min walk to the shops and restaurants, 10 min by scooter to the real nice beaches. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Hawera Village.
