The bed was super comfortable and the AC was spot on
On my second to last day breakfast took nearly an hour

That they had AC, but the AC turn off every time you walk out of the room when you remove your card and it is a bit moldy smelling
They say that they have a spa, but there is no spa. There are no spa treatments, and in the Jacuzzi and their photo doesn’t work or had no water while I was there none of the services were working.

The hotel was filled with friendly and courteous workers with knowledge and great customer service skills. They met and exceeded every expectation with a smile . I would recommend it to everyone!
I always enjoy great customer service they were excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the options were great!

I love the hospitality. We came in after a long plane trip. Got there late and everyone was extremely nice. Not only was it a great area to stay in. Waking up was the best and the view to the roof top of the jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Overall in love and definitely will be back 🙏🏽❤️

Staff and restaurant service
Our window faced the main street and they were not properly sound proof so it was really noisy because of the cars, bikes and buses passing by.
The bed was not comfortable, as were not the pillows.
