Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, obliging and helpful staff and perfect location just out of the town centre

Nothing I disliked! Hyatt at Thrissur has got it pretty spot on

The property is well maintained and the view of the marshes is very nice

The food is horrible especially south indian vegetarian

Very good breakfast, lots of varieties and specially Masala Dosa and the black tea. The area is good , I did walk for a short time. I think , the road sides and the little canals to be cleaned. It is possibly!!!!

Crystal clean beds and room. Nice food, courteous staff.

The western closet is a square one and i dont know how people havent complained about it yet

I was disappointed by the way the restuarant staff treated me and my sister.. Asked for tea with less milk..served one cup of tea and had to wait for 10 minutes more for other cup. Same case with omlet..one came asked for toast nothing came..inspite of not crowded the staff didnt care much Reception was good Apologised sent sweets which I returned asked for banana..no response..like that it went First time felt they could have done better
