Freundliches Personal am Empfang - aber nichts wie abgesprochen, irreführende Bilder im Netz!!!

Statt wie gewünscht 2-Matratzen-Bett nur schmales französisches Bett - ein anderes Zimmer als über booking gebucht??? Schlechter Geruch im Foyer und Zimmer, Schimmel am Duschvorhang, am Oberlicht (siehe Fotos) nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, abgerissener Fußteppich im sehr kleinen Bad. Sehr LAUT bis spät nachts. Billig Matratze, Loch im Laken. Morgens Abgase direkt durchs Fenster vom Parkplatz. Enttäuschung!!!

It was cheap. It has a good location and connection to the city centre.

The floor was filthy and the stuff was almost not in the hotel.

The property is clean. Room has enough space.

I booked a room with breakfast. The property did not inform me in advance that they are not going to provide breakfast. I came to know when I checked in. They informed me if they served breakfast, it would be usually bread, bretzel, juice, egg and musli. Not an international breakfast buffet usually served in big 3 star hotel. However, they compensated it making the parking free. Instead of any compensation, I would be happy if they informed us earlier, then I had a chance to book some other option.

Good thing there is a small fridge but the bad part is that it was not cooling. Overall ok for my short stay. The physical location was ok for my purpose. The parking lot has enough spaces.

A little bit overpriced for a room without air conditioning. Opening the window means, letting cigarette smoke come in and to listen conversations from other guests and from the people living in the apartment building next to the hotel.
