Five lifelong friends got together for our 45th high school reunion at Berry Academy and lodged at this beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the gathering room was a great place for us to visit with each other! The art work and furnishings were quite inspiring, enriching our stay that much more! The prize was the outdoor fireplace and sitting area! What a treat! I especially loved taking a bath in the stand alone tub! 😜

This was a fabulous home for our stay. We had three guys playing in a team tennis tournament. The home was within 10-12 minutes of the tournament site which was super convenient. We were in a neighborhood that seemed out of town which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. we were greeted by several deer every morning and evening in our yard and the neighboring properties. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed us to spread out and have our own private spaces, and the common areas inside and outside were great to get together to visit and relax. We would give this property and our host, Mr. Burton, a 12 out of 10! We will look for this property if we are ever back in Rome. THANK YOU!

If I could give this home a 7 star rating, I would! The home is so beautiful, so clean, and the location was really perfect for our trip. The owner was extremely communicative, and I felt he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Such a nice person! We stayed about a week and will definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Rome.

We stayed here while visiting for our sons' college graduation. The home is beautiful and located in a quiet area but still close and convenient to everything. Ronnie was a gracious host and made everything easy - we would definitely stay here again!

This home is absolutely amazing! The pictures in the listing do not give it justice! Such a beautiful home on a residential drive! It’s on a dead end street so there isn’t a lot of traffic going by and there were deer a couple mornings in the backyard! Being a Travel

This was a great property, that had plenty of room for our family of 5. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located near downtown Rome and Berry College. The owner was very kind and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Rome. I would definitely recommend this property.

We’ll never stay in a hotel again when visiting family in Rome. This home is so well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, it’s super cozy and has tons of room.
Ronnie Burton is the best host, he is readily available to answer any/all questions you may have at any point of your stay.

We needed a place to stay in Rome for our son’s wedding, and this residence offered all the comforts of home. It’s nestled in a lovely, safe neighborhood that’s convenient to everything Rome has to offer. Visits from the local deer, birds and of course Blacky the cat were an added bonus. The homeowner, Ronnie, was just the kindest! We’ll definitely be staying here if it’s available when we visit our son and new daughter in law!

The property was fantastic for our weekend tennis tournament at the Rome Tennis Court at Berry College (about 10 minutes away). It was nice to be able to keep our clothes washed! The outdoor fireplace and watching the deer in the backyard was a great way to wind down each evening. Ronnie was super nice and accommodating. If I make it back to Rome, I will definitely be looking this place first!

We rented this for a nearby music festival. I got to say this is one of the most spacious bnbs I’ve been to. Ron the host lives on a separate garage house on the property and did a great job communicating during our stay. It’s a neat southern house nestled in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from everything you need.

This is a beautiful property and in a perfect location to visit Rome Georgia and the surrounding area. So well-appointed and comfortable and truly like a home away from home. As others have stated in their reviews you will wake up to find deer grazing in the very large yard and throughout the neighborhood. Blacky the cat will also greet and charm you as you come and go. Ronnie is a gracious host and is always available if you need him and will quickly resolve any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next trip to visit our son in Rome.

Beautiful property, beautiful and spacious house.
We were greeted by a family of deer bedding under a tree in the back yard. We were in town for a wedding, and were able to entertain family that were staying in town, and kind of be a central hub for them to hang out and visit.
Very secluded and very spacious. Wish it hadn't been raining so we could take advantage of the outdoor fireplace.

This was an excellent property!! Ronnie was very friendly. He stays in an apartment behind the home so he is available if we needed him. We loved his cat Blacky that stayed out back and came to visit (but not in the house). My group of ladies stayed there because we were in tennis sectionals there. It is a very quiet neighborhood and a gorgeous home! If we get to go to sectionals again, we will DEFINITELY stay there!!! FIVE STARS!

Getaway visit
I can eto being my daughter to orientatiin. We were tired of hotels and thankful to find this home! We had everything we needed and loved the space. The porch and yard were beautiful. We felt safe and the owner was very helpful, especially when we locked ourselves out!

Beautiful home in central location
This stay was great, it fit our family just fine. We were in town for a tennis tourney and a visit to Decision Berry. We will definitely plan on staying here again.... Our daughter decided she will be heading to Berry College!

We stayed the weekend while our daughter was at an event at Berry College. Great location, friendly host, quiet and clean house furnished beautifully. We explored the grounds of Berry College and hiked to the House o’ Dreams. Relaxing weekend. Wonderful host and house!

My family and I stayed in Ronnie’s beautiful home in Rome over the holidays. The house was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and a huge kitchen. Ronnie was a wonderful host, and even met us at check in to walk us through the house. The location is great, close to restaurants and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting family in north Georgia.
