The view over the Harbour. The location.
The steps from the terrace to get into the apartment were narrow and steep.

Absolutely fantastic apartment looking over the harbour. Clean and tidy and ideally placed to enjoy fabulous views of Brixham harbour. Another useful piece of information is getting a Ringo parking permit for 4 or 8 days which will cover you in all council carparks from Torquay,Paignton and Brixham. Long stay carpark is unrestricted and a 10 minute walk where as the short stay carparks you can only park for the maximum time at the carpark. Ringo 15846 is the permit code and will give options for 4 or 8 day permit.
If i was to be picky then the steep,narrow steps down/up to/from the apartment are a little precarious if your not too good on your feet. But that's all mentioned in the notes and it's a harbour town so no gripe there.

The cottage was clean and modern and very nice
The access was really really bad There was no mention of the tiny narrow steep steps down to the cottage. Car access to unload luggage was virtually impossible. Our group were all retired and if we were not as fit as we were we would have never managed the steps. I would not have booked it if I had known how difficult it was to get to the property. Also when I booked it booking.com website said there was parking and there was none.
