Space of studio and proximity to beach.

No light worked besides the lamps.

Location is excellent- far enough from the centre that you have some peace and quiet, but really just give minutes into Terrigal. Pet-friendly, great layout, concrete floors, modern appliances including washer and dryer. Generous sized dining table, which was great for working. Bright and airy, with emotionless windows to let in light, and a beautiful big frangipani tree in the garden.

Garden was a wee bit small, but perfectly fine for us as we went out for walks most days. Somewhere to hang longer dresses would be great, in addition to the ample drawer and cupboard space. An office chair would have made the desk more functional, but it was neither promised nor requested, so not the fault of the accommodation.

The bed was comfy and the place was clean. It's described as a studio but it's just a converted garage. The shower was nice.

The lounge in the property is old and disgusting, we chose not to sit on it. The outdoor furniture consisted of old plastic chairs which was disappointing.

Great location, comfy bed, good shower. Plenty of cookware and all necessities provided.

Didn’t realise the studio was underneath a house, and the upstairs accomodation had young kids that were running around till midnight. Could hear thudding of their feet and furniture moving.. but it was just the luck of having a young family stay above us at the time.

The style and it smelled amazing.
