Location was good and the view of the ski hill from the balcony was spectacular. But I was shocked at the quality and cleanliness of the condo. Or rather, lack thereof. The stains on the carpets and walls in every room were one thing. But the stains on the furniture were too much. I simply pretended that the sheets were clean because I couldn’t convince myself to sleep there, otherwise. I’m happy I brought my own pillow but the cases are getting cleaned as soon as I’m home because we couldn’t escape the funky smell from this condo. Had I read reviews, I would’ve seen that people have complained about the stains and the dilapidated patios and the broken and missing screens as far back as 2020. The worse part is that the owner thanked reviewers and indicated that each item was being addressed. No. Nothing seems to have been addressed. We opened all windows to air the place out and just accepted the incoming flies that came along with no screens on many of the windows nor the sliding glass door. On a positive note, I took a catnap on the upstairs balcony by lying flat on the wood. Because there was no outdoor seating at all, even though that’s the nicest spot in the home. Also, if you think the fenced-in yard for animals is a plus, note that it’s not private. It’s a common area for all 4 condos w no dividers. Had we not seen the neighbor with his cat and a flashlight one night, we might’ve had quite the incident when letting the dog out one last time before bed. Finally, it would’ve been nice to receive some guidance on the televisions (one of which had a chunk missing from the screen) or the door lock that took a minute to figure out. In the end, I was duped by the photos that made this place look pristine and super disappointed in the state of the interior.

Good location, but there were numerous dog or pet spots in carpets throughout. Kitchen floor dirty. Spots on couch. No coverings/drapes on sliding glass doors to decks so no privacy in bedroom or living room from outside viewers. Back deck wood rotten at outside. Description did not include photos of stairs. Not a place for seniors and we wouldn't have rented it had we known. Only 3 dining chairs. No chairs for deck. would never recommend this unit

We had a great time at this home, really easy to check in and had everything we could have needed on site. Convenient location, easy to access to Sun Valley and amenities. The only hurdle was the temperature outside. The home doesn't have A/C, which normally wouldn't matter in the mountains but we were there during some higher temperatures so it was a bit warm until the temp outside were down. I could imagine that this home would be outstanding in the winter with new chair lifts being installed just a block away!! Thanks for the memories.

Property was very clean upon arrival.
The dinner table only had three chairs, and it’s a three bedroom condo. The chairs were very wobbly as well. No screen door to the back patio. The back patio had a beautiful view of the mountain, but no chairs or table to sit out and enjoy. There were no window coverings in the upstairs bedroom in the downstairs bedroom.
This place could be really nice with a few more minor touches

Good location and view. Said they bring fire wood but did not. Some bathroom fixtures need repairs- towel racks. Dishwasher has sitting water. No napkins or paper towels. We had a lovely stay

5 stars for location during ski season. 2 stars for the rest. Could have been cleaner … stains on carpet and couch. Garbage left behind couch. Kitchen was not very clean, crumbs on shelves, food and drips on cabinets. Deck was closed which was big disappointment. Garage is not useable for parking unless you drive something very compact - which who does on a ski vacation. I feel like we overpaid.

There were paper goods and blankets, etc. left on top of or very near heating elements. Potential fire hazards. Bathroom (shower) faucets came off in our hands. Location is great, beautiful view of Baldy - Warm Springs. Appliances, etc clean and operational.

They are clearly in desperate need of replacement. The nails are up on nearly all the boards. We had a lot of issues with the unit - light bulbs out in the bathrooms and both outdoor entrances. There are windows on the second and third floor that do not open - the hand cranks do not work. Good luck generating a cross breeze or any breeze if you can't get the windows open. The unit needs a careful review of all elements to determine which are not working (the deck being the first!), need repair or replacement, then a plan to get the work done immediately.

Quiet neighborhood, met our needs, -- needs window coverings, and some attention to maintenance issues. Good thing we ended up not bringing dogs - no fence. Deck was not useable- no outdoor space for summer evenings. Warm for Sun Valley and windows need work.

The carpets were filthy- not vacuumed well and covered in stains.
There is no air conditioning, and most of the windows in our bedroom wouldn’t open so it was uncomfortably warm. The screen on the sliding glass door upstairs was broken upon arrival so my husband had to fix it. The lock on this door is also broken.
And there are ZERO window coverings in either of the master bedrooms, so the neighbors have an unobstructed view of where you’re sleeping.
And check out is at 10am, which I found a little annoying.

Great location.
The location and view was great, thanks for being dog friendly so the whole family could be there. Easy check in and Covid precautions done well. Like the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The dishwasher didn't work and it would have been helpful to have more kitchen towels and dry rack, especially eating all meals in.

Great home for a Ketchum get away
This home fit our needs really well for our 3 night, 2-family stay in Ketchum. Each couple had their own floor/room and the 2 littles shared the middle-level bedroom and we all got to enjoy the middle level together. The dining/living area gave us enough space to play and hang out while still being comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was a perfect location near the base of bald mountain, walking distance to warm spring lodge. 3 bedrooms early sleeps 6. Fireplace and balcony a plus!

Great location
The location and layout can’t be great, especially for families with pets. Warm springs is such a great spot for Ketchum. The property could use some maintenance. There were some things a little off, like a window or two that didn’t work, and the screen door to the deck was broken. I’d also expect a deck for this type of property to have some deck furniture. But if you want a place that is pet friendly, it’s great because you can let your pup out the back sliding door, and the ski hill is a few steps away.

Great Location
great location near the base of warm springs lodge.. nice, clean condo. An ottoman in the main tv room would've been nice to have (no where to put your feet up at end of day of skiing).

We were looking for a reasonably priced condo as close to the Warm Springs base lodge as possible. This location met our requirements perfectly. And it was really nice, too!
