Nice big balcony to sit with a big group and enjoy the breeze. the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and clean.

The rest of the house really needs updating and modernising. The whole house needs painting, new window furnishing, replace broken fly screens, new bunk beds and mattresses that don’t squeak horrendously every time a kid moves. The floors need to be cleaned properly so you can take your shoes off without getting black feet! The clothesline is barely accessible unless you balance on the broken retaining wall. The gas bottle was empty so we had to pay to fill it up.

the house do not have Aircondition. we had to buy portable Aircondition to pass our time in Shoal bay . Requested reimbursement for our Aircondition I reply was the owner is not interested. my family also complained about bed’s cleanness.

Great location. The size of the property was perfect for 3 families. Having two kitchens was very handy. The half tennis court out the back was a hit with the kids.

The cleanliness of the place was terrible. Floors were disgusting. BBQ was filthy. Some appliances were broken toaster/electric frying pan. Bar stools were broken. The plumbing was very noisy. Didn't feel comfortable using the toilet late in the night in fear of waking everyone up. The quilt covers & pillows were full of dust and the bunk beds were very unstable they creaked every time you moved. For the money we paid I did expect a little more.
