Stella was wonderful and even carried heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. Good location with great restaurant at the bottom of the building, updated bathroom
No elevator, parquet floors are very rough, furnishings are old and basic

Fantastic location just two minutes from San Marco Plaza—central yet very peaceful. The room was very clean and cozy, with a modern bathroom. Stella was an amazing host! She picked us up at the Rialto station, responded quickly on WhatsApp, and was super accommodating with all our requests. A perfect stay overall!

Well located apartment, and beautiful brand new bathroom. The staff is easy to contact and answers come fast.
No air conditioning, except one connected to the window - I had to shut it down because it was too noisy.

There was no breakfast. The location was good, once I knew where the location was.
The address I was given was not sufficient to find the location. I asked a local vendor for assistance and he called and was given a real address to locate the site. I was given San marco 4700 when the true address was Calle del Monte 4700. Big difference in finding the place.
