Between the curtain rod falling off the wall, no door code or wifi in check in email, the property is run down. Adding in the sparse kitchen, who doesn't have silverware at a rental?

Property is used but clean. Neighborhood kind of ok .. little rocked down

It’s look good in the ad, price is ok. When we entered the property, found out that the washing/drying is not inside. The dryer are full of clothes. The lawn next to windows are for neighborhood dogs discharged. The light and receptacles are dead in the dining area.

Nothing was like the pictures! Walls were dirty, stains on all furniture, wires hanging from the ceiling, mattresses were on the floor, knives were found in the couches, drawers in the kitchen were a mess. Did not even stay 1 night. Management would not give me refund and were not understanding. I took pictures and video of the house to show Vrbo Corp. They did not even send me instructions on how to enter the house. I had to call them when I arrived! Very unprofessional. Do not stay here!! Horrible neighborhood as well!!

There was garbage on the floor in the closet. The coffee pot grounds were left and moldy. The walls had scum on them. At 12:30 AM someone rang the door bell and then pounded on the door for several minutes. When my husband got up he saw 2 shadows of men go in the back.

The property was clean and the neighborhood was peaceful, but was very low budget.

I feel the owner gives little to no thought for the comfort of his guests. The house was not prepared for our arrival. The main bathroom had a clogged toilet which my husband had to fix. I went to charge our devices, leaving them on the dining room table. The nearest 2 outlets were dead. There were 2 large bath towels and 1 smallish towel left for a family of 5 adults. No hand soap. No face cloths. No hand towels in the bathroom or the kitchen. No liners in any of the wastebaskets which have no bottoms. Though we waited at least an hour between showers, the water was cold - not lukewarm but cold for all of us. I find this completely unacceptable. The master bath is a converted narrow closet with the shower head facing the shower curtain such that water always ends up on the bathroom floor. At 7:30am we awoke to the sound of workman with compactors, rollers and pavers outside our bedroom window as a large section of the street was being redone. (I grew up in a city. I realize the infrastructure needs to be maintained. However a heads-up would have been appreciated.) Had our stay been for more than a single night, I would have found other accommodations that morning and left. I sent multiple texts to the owner as we discovered problems. He responded only to the first saying he would 'check it out'. No remedy. No apology. I was somewhat embarrassed that I chose this location for my family on our last night in CA. It was a disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely vacation.

Good location for travel.
