Les propriétaires sont adorables et abordables. Ils ont pris grand soin de nous malgré notre anglais approximatif, jusqu'à soigner la toux de ma femme et nous faire à manger à la dernière minute. Maison très charmante et cosy. Heureusement que nous avions un chauffeur pour trouver l'adresse.

Tout était parfait. Peut-être juste remplacer le ventilateur par une climatisation.

Keep in mind that you will have to climb a mountain to get into the place, but it is a mountain town

Wir wurden mit einem Welcomedrink sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Das Frühstück (Sri Lankisch) war super lecker und frisch. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einem tollen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Merci pour votre merveilleux accueil. Un couple très gentil et généreux, nous y avons passé deux nuits et nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison grâce à leur hospitalité sans limite. Encore merci et à très bientôt on l'espère 😊

If I could, I would give 10 out of 5! Our time at this place was just amazing! Very clean, comfortable room - close to the center - but far away from the city noise. My partner and I had beautiful time at Resort Beam. The owners are very kind and helpful. We didn’t have chance to try the breakfast, but I heard great things about it. We would like to come back and try the breakfast of the lovely owner ☺️

This homestay is an absolute pleasure to be in! Family is truly amazing, and kind, I felt like at home with them :) They offer me delicious food, water, Samahan when I had a sore throat, and they help me to organize or find out anything needed. Bonus is very good wi-fi, hot water, and good lights in the room and bathroom.

This was a lovely home stay room, more than enough room for 3 adults and was very clean. The home cooked breakfast was delicious.

The fan was not really strong enough to cool the room. Whilst some reviews said it was up a steep hill we had not appreciated how far out of Kandy it was, up very steep and narrow roads which our driver was very unhappy about.

The hosts is so kind. They helped my trip, introduced their nice garden. The breakfast is the best one I’d eaten in Sri Lanka. The room was perfect, everything clean. Though there is no AC, I could sleep without using fan :)

The room was really nice and the hosts were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good, we especially enjoyed the avocados from the garden!

The resort is on a steep hill. I suggest you to come here by tuk tuk if you are travelling with heavy luggages.

There is nothing not to like about this property and its owners. The only tiny issue is that it is not easily walkable. It is on top of a hill and of course this also adds to is charm😊we just like to walk a lot and not used to coming and going with autos. However this too was very nicely arranged by our kind hosts.

The family were absolutely incredible. So inviting and friendly. We had a wonderful home cooked curry meal with lots of different sides. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and we got a little take away for the train ride. Aja, the tuk tuk driver, is also phenomenal and we had a lovely afternoon with him. Thank you for an amazing stay in Kandy. We will be back!

This accommodation is located in the hills so even though it is close to the city center (10min walk) it is absolutely calm (an absolute plus after a day in Kandy 😊) The garden is relaxing and beautiful with a nice view from your balcony. The rooms were clean and tidy and they can also do your laundry. The lady of the house was very very kind and helpful! She served the best breakfast I've had in Sri Lanka. A beautiful mix between local food and more western food with fresh juice and fruits.

Hosts were so wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean with everything we could have needed including hot water showers and a fan, with good WiFi. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Really great value for money. Walking distance to the train station.

Really lovely couple who also live in the house, they gave us some good recommendations including restaurants and what to do in the area. Large very comfortable room with massive private bathroom and terrace. The room just had a fan but it was extremely powerful. The accommodation is located up a big hill but we enjoyed the walk to get there, or alternatively you could easily get a Tuk Tuk. Good WiFi and highly recommend including the breakfast to the price, we were given tea/coffee, fruit, hoppers on the first day and coconut pancakes & roti with a coconut spice of some sort on the second. Really nice to try different local dishes. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to spend a few days in Kandy. The family is very friendly and welcoming and helped us organize our day trips. The breakfast is excellent. We can only recommend this place!

Its a really nice homestay, the owners make everything for you, just let them know and the will help you. we stayed only one night but they are so lovely, you get some reall nixe juice when you arrice (homemade) and give you all information you will need we had to check out very early (6o clock) and they made us such an perfekt breakfast to go i only can say one more time thanks if we come back one time to kandy we will come back

this is the only thing, that we made wrong take a tuktuk up the hill, with the bags and the hot temperatures its an steap climb up there.

We had a really nice comfortable stay, even if it was just for one night, we had a very big room with two doublebeds and a balcony with the view in the very green garden where you can see many animals during the day passing thru and fireflys at night! The breakfast was very delicious, we had pancakes, coconut papadaram and fruits, juice and coffee or tea, more than enough and one of the best we had in sri lanka.
