Conveniently located.Access to checkpoints,malls were just a stone throw away.

It took 1 day for the water heater storage tanks to heat up and the master bedroom doesn’t come with a water hose.

Clean and love that there’s water hose at the common toilet. Wish there’s one too at the master bedroom toilet. And beds and pillows are all so comfortable to my personal liking albeit not as luxurious as hotels. And the fact that they have a working condition fan in the living hall despite all rooms are equipped with clean (can see that they have it cleaned and maintained well coz not dusty) and working air condition. Also balcony is clean and laundry system (hanging clothes) are in good working condition with ample of clothes hanger. We use the washing machine and hang our clothes thus save on having to use laundromat service. And clothes dry up quite quickly because it is windy and sunny during our stay. Will book this apartment for our JB trip in the near future.

Nothing except that maybe it can do with some touch ups on the wall and also flooring. And also cleaning of the sofa. Otherwise everything else is satisfactory.

The apartment is clean and quite convenient to go around JB Central.

Not many shops are open yet.

good place to relax and bonding with children

The location is good especially for those wanting to go to Singapore. Availability of convenient shop, coin laundry and eateries. However majority of the shops are closed since my last visit 3 years ago.

Both toilets have major leaks resulting in the floor wet all the time, which can be dangerous. The clothes drying rack was not functional ie can only use 1 rack since the second one can't be lowered The gas stove was not working, good thing the small induction cooker is available. In general, the unit is in need of a good maintenance and clean up.
