Clean and modern guesthouse. Property owner greeted me but was not intrusive. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great smart TV, strong internet and cell service. Very nice space with outdoor space as well. The only difficulty was getting out of the driveway given how it was positioned, but I am spatially challenged. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and had the usual amenities. Only enough bath towels for 3 people but one of our group dropped out at the last minute, so it was fine. Loved the enclosed back yard and great access to nearby hiking trails. Saw a deer outside the window one morning! Went to Muir Woods, Mt. Tam, and other fun places. Thanks for letting us use your place! ^__^

Modern, clean space with private fenced yard. We stayed 6 days and had a great time hiking the trails within walking distance and short drives; visiting the beach areas and eating at the tasty local restaurants. The space was well appointed and everything just worked….easy and hassle free. Host was very responsive during booking and to questions. An unexpected bonus was viewing a fox, deer and quail from the kitchen windows.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in this cozy apartment off Panoramic Hwy. It is a neat, fairly new unit beside the owners' home. They were gracious and very responsive if needed but we felt we had our privacy. A parking spot is right beside the apartment entrance. First impression upon entering was quite favorable, true to the photos. With 800 square feet, one bedroom (queen bed), full bath, kitchen, dining / living room area, the unit was adequate for two people but a bit small when our two adult daughters visited for a few nights. The pull-out trundle bed / sofa (queen size) was comfortable for them. Washer / dryer in unit was helpful. The patio area is serene, fenced and quiet with a table, chairs, grill and outdoor sofa. The location is beautiful if you don't mind a winding 12-minute drive up and down the mountain to get to Mill Valley and Rt. 101. A short walk up the driveway and down the lane will lead you to breathtaking 180-degree views of the Pacific and the Bay. Be aware, most of the hiking trails are steep, which can be a challenge for retirees like us.

Renting this property was such a great experience. We usually stay in hotels with our teenagers but since we recently got a dog, we decided to try something different. I’m so glad we did! Not only did our pup enjoy the fenced backyard, the nearby hiking trails were a huge plus for everyone! The house is small but fit the 5 of us just right. It’s modern and decorated nicely. Sharing one bathroom was a bit tricky, but other than that we had all the space we needed. The couch pulls out into a trundle bed, giving our kids each their own twin-sized beds. We brought a large kennel for our dog and he slept comfortably in the living room with the kids. The bedroom has a great queen sized mattress with wonderful bedding. The room is small but the ceilings are high and there’s a large window and closet. We slept so well! The kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities we needed and the laundry room even had detergents. Also, the shower was great! We never ran out of hot water. We didn’t spend much time at “home” during our stay because the neighborhood and surrounding area is so breathtaking. Our stay was an absolute pleasure! Can’t wait to return.

This rental was super clean, very comfortable, great outside area that is fenced and private, everything worked and the hosts were very helpful. It’s also very close to trail heads and Muir Woods. In fact a trail head is right at the end of the road and we were able to hike right into muir woods.

This place was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Amazing hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment. Highly recommend.
