Quiet area, stores nearby, pool was clean.

There was over 8 roaches inside the garbage can, the bed was small and it wasn’t firm, the second bed was a cot definitely not a place for more than 2-3 people

I liked how friendly the owner was and how close we were to grocery stores.

The bathroom needs renovation to be safe and sanitary

I liked the location and that there was a pool. I also liked that there was a fire pit in the way back. The owner seems pretty nice but he definitely gave me the heeby jeebies

I hated that the house is literally right behind the owners living quarters. The only thing that separates the 2 properties is the pool. I spent my birthday weekend at this property and I’m very happy I had a plus one. The owner was CONSTANTLY doing something that invaded the space I spent a good amount of money on. He made me feel a little on edge based on the fact that he was ALWAYS there even though I never reached out to needing anything. Everytime I turned around there he was. I chose an Airbnb because I didn’t want to be bothered by anyone but couldn’t enjoy my stay there because he was always in my space. His constant presence made me uneasy and uncomfortable

The parking situation felt unsafe being across the street that is not well lit. No lights were on until we walked past the motion sensor. It was hard to squeeze between the owners boat and the home with our luggage. This area was also not well lit. The dead bolt inside the house would not lock. Blinds do not close all the way. Felt uncomfortable using the shower. There was hair on two of the towels. Guests can’t control the air. The 75 degree setting felt very warm making it difficult to sleep. Bedroom door also does not lock.

close to just about everything! had a great stay, beautiful place. would definitely come back. owner very nice and good guy!
