Was quiet and very nice backyard and pool. Pool was a little cold even when paid for heating. Bathrooms were very nice....

The location, laid-back vibe, and amenities were wonderful. However, the hot tub did not get hot, and heating the pool made the temperature lukewarm in both the hot tub and the pool. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Future renters should be aware that the jacuzzi is only bubbling, lukewarm water, and does not get warm like a typical jacuzzi. Overall the stay was just what we needed for a weekend getaway but disappointed in no hot jacuzzi and only a slightly warm pool.

Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lounge space for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing food, and there is an outdoor griddle. We are so thankful to have found this property! My husband and I had searched for weeks for just the right property only to have to pivot at the last minute to a new one. With the help of VRBO and Juan we were able to book and access the property on the same day. The home is beautiful and extremely well appointed! Even the sheets were high quality! It was all about the pool for us and it did not disappoint. Juan and Vivian were terrific hosts and we will book this property again if available.

The home contained everything you need from the kitchen to the pool. Nice spaces to stretch out or gather together for dinner. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner was quick to answer our emails for any questions we might have. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice this home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. The multiple seating areas were so great. The rooms that walk out into the patio/pool area is amazing. They have everything you needed in a house rental. I wanted to stay longer and I will certainly book this house again. What a fantastic experience. Nothing was off limits and the disco light speaker is in my Amazon cart right now. This was top notch and the entire family loved it!

The owner was very welcoming and available with a phone call. To be able to get our family together after a long break due to Covid was priceless. We had all the appliances needed to cook meals together and made many great memories. I would encourage anyone looking for a home to rent to stay here, well worth the money.

We really did have a relaxing time and will be back again in the future.

The pictures DO it justice! Perfect location, wonderfully clean and perfect for a 5 adult stay. Fully stocked with more than enough kitchen supplies and linens (even alcohol) 😉 will definitely come back and stay longer next time!

Fully equipped and gorgeous property
You know a place is high quality when the mattresses are super comfy!! Modern appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The home was pristine and beautiful. Communicated with Juan while we were there and got response in a timely manner, considering it was a Sunday. It was a wonderful place to stay while helping my son move in to college for the first time. Would love to stay here again for future visits.

I rented this property to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. It was me, my sister, daughter and a few other family members who stayed. The neighborhood is nice with cute homes.
My family loved the home. It is well decorated with interesting art. The property owner was always very responsive and pleasant. We definitely want to go back. I'm also interested in checking out some of his other properties.
