I'll take ownership for not reading fine print that this is actually < downstairs > and tandem parking. Photos make you think this is upstairs. We went to check in, and no info was " under the mat" . The propert manager answered quickly, but the code she gave let us IN THE UPSTAIRS place. So beware, your code matches the other person staying up stairs. You assume you're uostairs since there is a #6 where you park. They dont make it 6A and 6B. They both just say 6. We literally walked in on a man. How embarrassing. The walls are so thin, we woke to hear the man upstairs convo echoing in the vents. It sounded like he was talking in the room with microphone. Every movement possible was loud. Use your imagination on things that can be heard besides a conversation or ealking. Every AM we had to knock on his door at 7am and ask him to move his car as you share one spot. So last one in, blocks you in. We were there for work, so we woke him every AM amd had to wait for him to get dressed and move his car.

Family time! Loved the location and size of condo! A few minor bumps but we definitely will stay again ❤️

We enjoyed the cleanliness and overall setup. The access to nice views and the gulf beach is just steps away. Having plenty of space of our own in the sand and water was our preference and this location accommodated that. We made use of many sand/water activity items that were available. We used the hose out back for rinsing off and deck chairs to hang our bathing suits and towels on to dry. Excellent air conditioning and we had some really hot, humid days during our stay. I definitely enjoyed most of the short time I spent there with the kids. The only negative was a loss of communication with the host near the end of the stay. I didn’t know where to put our trash and I wanted to leave things as they expected. Also, the walls are a bit thin in places. Sometimes the guests in certain surrounding areas can be heard in conversation. Mostly though, this place is amazing and I look forward to visiting this area again.

We loved how close to the beach we were. Loved the house and we had more than enough beach supplies. It was awesome. Definitely book again.

Clean, beautifully decorated cottage that has all the supplies you need for a day at the beach. The beach is just steps from the doorway. The tandem parking was no problem. We will be returning!

Easy access to the beach. They need to add amenities such as bath soap, sampoo, conditioner. I woudl recommended a better hair dryer as well. We did not use the kitchen but I would have had coffee if there was a KCup . Maybe get a coffee maker that can do both?

Want the perfect location that has private beach access, old FL vibe but updated house that is close to Clearwater but away from the hustle? This is your spot! We LOVED our week in this property. Perfect size for 3 people. We were able to unwind & relax without stressing about getting beach space every day b/c there is private access 25ish steps away! It helps that the weather was perfect too.
