Very clean and good location

Living room heater pretty noisy

There was no breakfast provided. And it was a little tricky to find the entrance of the house even though it was located on 7th Street the entrance was on 6th Street.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. There was an odd smell coming from the kitchen sink. And the towels smelled a little musty. Maybe because there was a gap between guests and they sat for a while.

This house was with an easy walking distance to a good Thai restaurant and very close to Dutch Brothers in the morning for coffee which is exactly what I wanted. The facility has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was really nice as I was staying here with my mother for a family gathering. I would say there was nothing that really stands out at this property either good or bad which to me is a very good thing.

The heater downstairs had some kind of preset and kept jumping up to 80 in the middle of the day.

Nothing. everything was great. If I had to say something. Toilet in ensuite was temperamental and often wouldn't flush. Could do with some kitchen scissors

If you are looking for home away from home this is your spot! If you can get this spot for a reasonable price I would go ahead and book it. There are a couple of things that set this property apart in my opinion from the other options available for my trip dates to Eureka. #1 is that you can park in the garage which is huge as it was cold in the mornings. #2 is laundry on site. I did not use the laundry as we lucked out on weather and had a short trip. But as much as it rains in Eureka, if you get wet, you are absolutely going to want to have that drier handy. The place is clean, beds are comfy and it is in a nice quiet area.

Honestly everything was great. Even the couch was super comfy.

Location was excellent, as it base location for exploring north and south of Eureka. The house was comfortable for the down time when not sightseeing. I enjoyed my stay at the house and would rent it again.

The vicinity. It was downtown and central to the redwoods to the south and the redwoods to the East. It was quiet and homey it also offered a garage and a washer and dryer

Need a few extra mirrors in the bedrooms. The garbage disposal was broken so when we did dishes coffee grounds from previous renters flooded the sink. This is an easy fix
