Bathroom has peeling paint Both patios were a mess, debris all over, sliding door track was filthy it looked like it had never been cleaned Shower is very hard to turn on and off The jack and Jill bathroom was ridiculous and not advertised as such King bedroom remote control had gross batteries and taped on, so tacky

Great layout with bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. Loved that we had all the beach chairs, games, and even a wagon. It made going to the beach for the day so easy. Location is close to all you need. Make sure to check out a sunset from the beach. They are beautiful.

Would recommend that they leave more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We had six people and two of each of those items is not enough. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Unit had a good location and a nice patio.

-roaches found alive all along the house -strong smell of round up chemicals kept inside the front closet -filthy floors and carpets, stained with filth and un vacuumed, there’s small trash everywhere and food crumbs -human hair in bed sheets, sheets look unwashed and old -towels look gray and stained -fridge has standing water in a drawer -dirty dishes that were put away dirty, cups with mil remains -bikes the property provided were not usable, rusty chain would came off halfway into our trip le us in the rain -grill had no propane so not usable -there was flammable liquid spilled all over the patio -shower was clogged so whenever you took a shower it was such an unpleasant experience

Loved the location, and that two bikes were included.

There was a horrible musty smell when we got there.

We enjoyed how close the property was to our interests. We’d love to bring our children on a future visit.
