We loved this house. It was clearly well cared for. I really appreciated the abundance of linens and brand new washer/dryer (we have 2 kids). The pool was also amazing - lots of chairs to comfortably watch or join in to swim. The kitchen had everything you would need and there were plenty of games to play too. We would definitely go back. Satellite beach is very chill - not pretentious or stuffy. Lots of restaurants and Publix nearby. We had a blast.

The house was very nice, well decorated & had everything we needed. Lots of space! The pool area was really nice with lots of seating, but we didn't get to enjoy it like we were looking forward to because the pool was too cold to swim! There were a couple inflatables so we at least were able to get in those & enjoy being partially in pool on our hot days. We had requested pool be heated knowing we would have to pay daily fee but after we were there 2 days Bill called & said he thought heater was probably broken. He didn't charge us the heater fee, but was still frustrating b/c we chose this home based on having a heated pool. Prior to check in communication with Bill was poor. He did respond promptly a couple times, but when not hearing back on vrbo for a few days a couple different times, we tried to contact him by phone but voicemailbox was full so then contacted him by text & still didn't hear back. I finally got in contact with him by phone day before checkin. The housekeeper was still cleaning when we went to the house at 4. She said we could come in but she didn't finish until 5. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach & everything you need for beach is included-beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler. We enjoyed riding the 3 bikes provided around the neighborhood too. The beds are very comfortable! This might be the most well stocked, nicely decorated home we've ever stayed at so would definitely recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed the home and easy access to the local beaches. It was the perfect location for our family. The house was very well equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was nice for sitting outside (we didn’t end up swimming as we spent afternoons at the beach). I highly recommend this VRBO home.

Been going to florida for about 25years.this home did not disserpionte.the home was big enough for 7 and very well stocked.the pool was a great size and warm with heating on.the garage was full goody's like cool box's chairs for the beach and bikes,toys for the pool their is a great bbq to use, mes to bill he replied straight away ,over all really nice home.

Stayed 2 weeks during February. The house was very nice, clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It was in a very quiet neighbor. Nothing really within walking distance, but a lot of restaurants and shopping a short drive south. Within walking distant of beautiful beaches. Paid extra for the heated pool but took about 6 days to get up to temperature that you even get in for a short while. Would recommend it to someone wanting the Atlantic coast area.

Loved everything about this property. Adorable place, had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Short walk or bike ride to the beach or hang out at the pool with complete privacy. Saw a satellite launch, saw manatees in the canals. The highway and AFB are close but surprisingly it was not noisy. You will occasionally have an aircraft fly over and you will hear revelry in the evenings if you are outside. I will rent again next year for sure!!

This trip was where my daughter an S.O. and my son and I got to all come together and enjoy each other's company. The rental was amazing. Just as described and perfect for our needs.

I wish it were possible to put up more than five stars. The property is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and did an excellent job of communication during our stay. If you are looking for an easy experience this is it. Close to beach and restaurants. Just can’t say enough about how impressed we were.

We arrived at the property and began to unpack. After a long day, we prepared the pull out sofa and my youngest son took a bath. As they did that, I checked all the beds and discovered bed bugs at this property in the master bedroom. We immediately packed up and left, notified the owner with video of the incident and requested a refund. The owner then shared that I left the house a mess. I left the house immediately upon finding the bed bugs. Hopefully he has had the house treated for future guests.

This modern, spacious home was a nice place to relax whether slowly preparing for the day while the kids swim in the pool or coming back exhausted from the beach. The house is clean and refreshing. Appliances and utensils to prepare meals were provided.

You cannot go wrong with this stay! The check-in process is very simple. Bill was prompt in answering any questions we had. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

We even saw a rocket leave and our 6 year old loved seeing the Air Force planes flying over! My only complaint was the pool seemed to only run part of the day so it tended to have bugs etc. floating and the net was broken so we had no way to get those out, there was lots of sand in the very deep end but I expect that considering location! All in all we really had no complaints and had such an enjoyable week!

This was a great spot for our family with elementary aged kids. The option to hit the pool at the house is a wonderful alternative for hotter beach days. Location was a quick drive to many beach options with free parking. Large, smart TVs in the rooms were a big plus. Spacious kitchen, packed with all the kitchen utensil comforts of home. Be sure to read the book left at house with directions - we almost missed when to put out the trash!

We came for the USSSA World Series, our location to team mates and beach and fields was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, amazing house, everything you need located inside. Property Manager was amazing, it’s late the night we arrive and kids want to swim, and I can’t find the pool light switch, he responded in minutes. Definitely would book again.

The house is beautiful! It has everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was my favorite…great area and really has all the commodities of your own house. Good job keeping the place updated!

This is a wonderful newly renovated home in a very interesting neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Although we only stayed a few days and didn't cook the home had everything you needed if you wanted to. The pool was clean and there were plenty of pool toys. My only negative is that we didn't stay longer. and hope to stay there again when we come down to vist family in the futire.

Great property and we liked the location as it was right down the road from family It was well equipped and the pool was a nice extra even though the weather didn't cooperate. Would be nice to have a hair dryer in the hall bath along with a wall mirror in the 2 extra bedrooms. We did find the full length mirror in the closet of the 1st bedroom, but one on the wall would be much more helpful to us ladies. Thanks

Though I went with this rental because of the previous mentioned reviews… unfortunately these weren’t accurate for my party. The pool wasn’t heated, though it was mentioned it was and had the capacity to be heated…The pool was ice cold the whole time we stayed at this rental. (I guess it’s up to the host whether he’s going to heat it or not) unfortunately, the heater was turned on hours before our departure by a pool man who was sent to the property (hence getting ready for another guest). I was bothered by this action, the grill was in horrible conditions, rusted broken metal… useless. The house felt like a monitor low security facility, many of the normal functions were controlled completely by the host… we had to endure 68 degrees at night, the nest system gave the host full control of the AC leaving us at their mercy, let me also mention that there is not one, but TWO ring systems installed in the home, (I definitely get the one by the front door, okay, BUT one out by the pool installed on a glorified storage room? Creepy to say the least) it made me and my family uneasy. We were watched at all time. Also, please bring toilet paper and garbage bags because though renting for three days there wasn’t more than what was placed out upon arrival… not one bag additional available, I had to make a stop for those, the umbrellas are broken and useless ALSO, the floors weren’t leveled in this renovation, leaving us walking carefully over laminated uneven pavement which can be flat out dangerous for elders and infants, my year old child sliced her knee from crawling on the edge of the laminate disaster (right smacked in the middle of the living room.) AND LAST, though you will pay 150 for a cleaning fee you will find instructions in an old notebook…”rules to this house” which states that you must do most of the cleaning prior to departure… I wasn’t impressed. The only thing that stood out of this vacation home were the bikes available for a ride around the old neighborhood… beyond that, nothing to write home about.

Such a nice house. Loved the kitchen, pool and my 2 boys loved the family room so they could have their own space. Bill was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.
