We had an amazing visit, and Selene was a wonderful host! Our three boys had the best time playing in the pool, and we were so close to the beach, a great playground, yummy restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach. Quiet neighborhood, listing was spot on. We’ll definitely items be back!!

We had a wonderful start at the beach house which surpassed our expectations - a very restful stay and a great base for exploring the area. We all loved hanging out around the pool to relax at the end of the day. Selene was a great host and very responsive to our queries. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect in every way. The pool and yard was quaint and relaxing. The house and accommodations were just enough for the six of us. Breakfast by the pool or on the covered patio made our start to the day great. The house was immaculate. The decor was Beach themed. She leaves a basket full of goodies, a binder with everything you need to know and very useful points of interest ( stores, restaurants and attractions). We will definitely stay in one of Selene’s properties again!

This house is everything you see in the pictures. The owners have gone the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a cute house in a great location. The house was decorated in such a fun way and was perfect for our needs. Selene provides enough to get started (ie laundry det, dishsoap, etc) and the place was very clean. The backyard is such an oasis. My boys (ages 10 and 12) loved the pool so much and it was so nice to have it right in the backyard. We also loved all the little lizards who all had names within a day of arriving! Pinella Beach park is a quick 5-6 minute walk and was a great beach to hang out at, never too crowded. The Cocoa Beach area was a 15 minute (ish) drive up the road and provides a completely different beach experience than the beach by the house - both fantastic. Selene provides a great variety of beach and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas to make it easier and more fun. Eating - we discovered some great places: Up Cocoa Beach area, try 4th Street Fillin Station. Bring your appetite! Great food, great atmosphere and amazing desserts. In the other direction, we found Long Doggers, another cute place with amazing food and fun atmosphere. There is a grill at the house as well, which we appreciated. We had a couple questions about the house and Selene was incredibly responsive and gracious. What a great hostess! If I had to give a "con", it would only be that if you are sensitive to road noise, the house backs a very busy road which can be noisy. However, I will say that after the first day we didn't notice anymore because the house is so relaxing and the backyard a complete oasis. Highly recommended and can't wait to visit again.
