On the day of our stay I still had not received the code to enter the property. I called the number listed and the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I went to the VRBO messages where Neil and I had previously been in communication and reached out there with no response. I called VRBO who also reached out to the property manager without success. I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous due to a recent poor review. However, it wasn’t long before Will reached out with a phone call and put me at ease. We received the property at 4pm as previously agreed for a short 3 night stay. It was clean, comfortable, had plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Except for trash bags. There we no trash bags and we didn’t realize it until our last night there so I’m sorry we left the cans without bags when we left. Will, thank you for letting us stay at your property. It was very nice and quiet and perfect for the short stay that we needed.

Booked the property in early fall for week following Christmas. Communicated with manager in fall, no problems mentioned. No communication for check in until the day WE WERE TRAVELING TO FLORIDA. The. He proceeded to tell me that the property is only available for rent for 90 days or longer and wasn’t sure how I was able to rent it for a week. This was not mentioned ANYWHERE or on the site, or in communication with him earlier.He also stated that he would help us find another property since we were only 3 hours away at the time and that he would refund us AND send a couple hundred dollars through Venmo because “he felt so bad.” He did not find us another place nor send the extra cash. When it came time to refund, he only sent the money for the stay, he first held back taxes and fees including a cleaning fee!! I brought this to his attention and he said it was VRBO. They said not. So then he phoned back and said he was working with them and they needed me to cancel my stay from my side. I called them immediately. They stated he was doing that to avoid being penalized by them as a host. I refused and was EVENTUALLY refunded all of my money. Very shady character. If this had been peak season when hotels were booked, we would have been stranded. USE EXTREME CAUTION WITH ANY PROPERTY HE MANAGES.

Great location for us 2 blocks from family reunion. Great place to watch launch. Only issue we had was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Beautiful decorations and Very Very comfy matresses! We felt very much at home. Great idea at checkout is to make some rules about stripping the beds and used towels to go into garage, and to make sure portable air conditioner is turned off. We really enjoyed this home.

This place had everything we needed and then some. It was very conveniently located within a short walk to the beach, and provided a very comfy and private retreat away from everything else.

Great location and house. Perfect for a family getaway.

Front landscape needs some work, inside the home well maintained. Very comfortable furniture, Well stock with household needs for the renter. We would rent again. Thank you.

Our experience was very good. Proximity to the beach was great. We was able to text and get any answers to questions right away. There were beach goodies located at the house that we were able to utilize during our beach days which was great since we were flying and unable to bring things like that.

Our stay here was perfect! The host was very helpful and communicated with us promptly for all of our needs. Just a quick walk to the beach where we played in some of the biggest waves we’ve seen! The house was quaint and suited our needs perfectly! The beds were cozy, with plenty of extra linens available. This is a great little VRBO choice to consider!
