the view from the lanai was very nice

Our stay was less than par after having most of our food spoil due to a fridge that was not in working condition. The property owner did purchase a new fridge to be delivered, but I was responsible for shopping for it. I was then required to stay in the room during the delivery window to wait for the delivery and install which caused me to miss activities that were planned. We were only reimbursed for part of our spoiled food despite sending all receipts with totals. The inconvenience of the entire situation was very disappointing not to mention to money lost on groceries.

The view was awesome.

It was extremely obvious that the owner hadn't been there in a while. Tub clogged in master bath, mold on ceiling of 2nd bath. The pool area echoed loudly during the day with screaming children, etc.
