The view was fabulous. The grounds were beautiful . Loved pickleball but more courts needed. Pool wonderful . Beach beautiful .

1609 Tower 4 condo was where we stayed . I don’t know who to report to I reported to a girl named Monica but the pillows were filthy under the pillow protector she replace them. The comforter on one bed was soiled I noticed on check out on the underside. The furnace filter was in extreme need of being changed . There was several lightbulbs out Condo very outdated but that’s OK with me.

Location was OK

Dirty carpet, bugs, bad plumbing in the bathroom ( water backing up in tub) no AC circulation in the bedrooms, ancient microwave not cooking food evenly ( does not turn), dishwasher not working right. Bad check in instrctions.

Construction all day. The airconditioning was broke, I had to deal with it. The unit needs major update. The elevators were not working. The elevator broke while we were in it. Had to pay to wash clothes. What we received for what we paid was not equitable
