Mtserlebi Resort

It was perfect. The service was amazing and it was the best place to stop by on our way to the western side of Georgia from Tblisi. We celebrated our honey moon and they did anything to make us happy.

Everything was lovely about this hotel. We had a lovely room. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, something that generally seems rare in Georgia. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant for lunch and breakfast was really good. We were only there for only one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

The pillows. Not everyone likes big/high firm pillows, I’ve learnt to travel with my own but my husband suffered the night and paid for it with stiff neck and headache. That said the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

**Great hotel and a very enjoyable stay.** This was a great hotel with excellent facilities. It has **three large swimming pools — two indoor and one outdoor — and all 2 are heated**, which was a big plus. The rooms were large, comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. The spa was also very good, and the massage service was excellent. The restaurant was one of the highlights. Great food quality, a good variety of options, and a very chic and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and well maintained, and parking was spacious and convenient. and great for sun tanning. Overall, a really great stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again.

Although it does not have a Jacuzzi or sauna or steam room.

Very nice resort with cool design and nice pools and views. Superb staff (Nick (?) was really nice during our late check-in).

SCAM location. Unfortunately hotel lies massively about it's location. You expect its in Borjomi given the adress they put on booking.com, it's not. It's 30 min drive from Borjomi. This majorly influenced our holiday itenary and for that I have to give 3* down to final 7*. Which is really shame. Because hotel and staff is so nice. Next thing is that hotel didn't respond to our messages before arrival. .
