The updated kitchen, floors, and bathrooms were very nice! We love the location right across from the beach and on the bay! The bay lights were fantastic and gorgeous at night! We will definitely return and we recommend this condo!

The toilets could be updated to elongated bowls. The master bathroom toilet kept clogging and needed to be plunged several times. The carpet on the balcony is gross and could stand to be updated. Other than those small things, the condo was nice!

It's was somewhat outdated and hard to find which building it was in. Too many stairs so there should be an elevator because it's kinda hard to lug all of our bags up. Booked this specific location because it was said to be pet friendly (through booking.com) but the day after we got there, we found papers on the side of the fridge on a magnet that had a hand written note at the bottom stating that no pets we're allowed and if they found a pet there we would be asked to leave no matter how many days we paid for!!! Needless to say, we left a day early because we were nervous and uncomfortable that we would be kicked out for bringing our dog! The whole point of our trip was to bring our pup to the beach! So in other words it kinda messed up our trip!

The condos could be a little more insulated. Walls are very thin. you can hear what’s going on in the next room. You could hear the people upstairs walking and talking.

The location was great. Located between the lagoon & beach. With nice outdoor pool & hot tub.

The entire unit needed updating. The areas had a lot of rust. There wasn't any basics in kitchen, like salt & pepper. No towels for outdoor pool. Definitely did not like that there were 3 flights of stairs to take all luggage & 84 year old mother up & down. Not easy.

The lagoon in the back and the gulf right across the street. The location is ideal.

The carpet was filthy.

Rooms were large and nice. Nice view of the bay. Pool area was noce and a very large pool.

Was disappointed that when I booked the place it was pet friendly. A couple days before arrival I got an email saying my room was not, only certain condos were.

The location of the condo. Liked having a washer and dryer. Liked being on first floor. The did refund me 100.00 for the late check-in. Beautiful view from docks.

Check in was later than stated. Cover on pull out bed was dirty. Place was not vacuumed prior to entering. There were chips under dining room table and in bedroom. Garbage disposal was broken. Tried to clear, but there was a broken glass in the disposal. No Wi-Fi even though we were told there was and also was sent a username and password. Only two of the four burner worked. We did end up fixing one of them. Dryer vent was not cleaned out and full of sand. Pool was to warm.

This location was great. We stayed in C203 and the views from this room where awesome as far as it being right in front of the pool and you could see a little of the bay. This place is great for pets. They provide bags to pick up waste for your dogs. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We will be back in the future.

The only negative in room C203 would be the accessibility for someone who can't get up stairs etc. Other than that this was a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

size of the condo was great and the location was excellent

Interior was dated. Furniture could use an upgrade - couch and loveseat were a little worn. Had to kill a few bugs...basically Florida standard problem.

COCKROACHES!!!!

How clean and stocked it was. The balcony looking out over the little Lagoon was my favorite spot to sit and watch the breathtaking sunsets.

The steps was a little ruff going up and down being on top floor.

Quaint & Cozy beach house! Very comfortable & perfect for our weekend getaway.

There were a few tiny roaches on the kitchen counter.

It was nasty we had to wear socks because of floors. No wifi and they told us free I messaged twice no respons!!! Very out dated

Nobody cared to answer a request for the FREE wifi, the floors were black nasty 3 flights of stairs no elevator

The weather was great. The beach was awesome. My family had space to run and play. Had great neighbors. Bad thing…..our vacation came to an end!

There wasn't enough blankets and pillow. Needs to be sprayed for bugs in kitchen.

Loved the view of the lagoon from our deck, very peaceful, also loved piers and docks for fishing and being just a few steps to the ocean across the street was a big plus!

Some noisy construction but they finished quickly
