The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The location is okay.

the room I stayed was moldy smells. This needs to be cleaned properly.

The Comfort rooms are has leaked and not clean

They made us stay longer because we arrived 2AM. I asked for a late check out, 3PM. We went out at 3:20PM They’re very considerate. I didn’t also know that there is breakfast. They still served it even though I just inquired at 12nn. The aircon is also new and cold.

The room smells bad. The rest room is even more bad. No flush. It smells bad also. When we came, there is still trash in the bin. I even cleaned the floor. The rug is also dusty. I suspect it was not really cleaned. Even the sheets, pillow sheet, bed sheet and the blanket, it feels like it’s not new. When I was asleep I’m scratching all over my body because it’s not clean. I sprayed alcohol to the sheets.

Add more staff. Please provide basic necessities like soap, shampoo and dental kit.
