The apartment was modern.

The lobby was a ghost town . No lights and felt like a construction site.

The apartment was very nice and spacious inside. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was walking distance to all the main sites for site seeing. 12 minutes from train station.

A garbage and recycling bin was directly in front of the building, and the location was directly in front of a hostel.

Huge apartment with stunning contemporary interior. Everything you could possibly want.

It was a bit of a walk to the centre of Florence in peak of summer heat but we did arrive in a European heatwave and would have been a nice walk any other time of year.

The apartment was amazing. In a beautiful part of town. We were beyond excited to know that we were staying in the very same apartment as we had seen online when booking. The apartment was spotless and all the facilities were perfect. The kitchen had all the amenities that we required. The washing machine was a godsend and the bed was super comfy. As two female travellers we felt really safe too as there were several coded doors to get through to get to our apartment.

Things that would have made our stay perfect was a little more explanation as to what to do when we arrived. I was expecting a reception to check into, so was quite surprised when we found the address, but were not sure what to do next. There were other guests who were a little confused by the check-in process too, so we were not alone. The other help that would have been invaluable would have been how to operate the electronic door to the apartment. As we have never used anything like this previously. Once we understood how it worked it was awesome.

I didn't notice anything, it was perfect. Maybe I would suggest to change the green colour, for the painting wall decoration.

No elevator access and it’s 50 steps of stairs painful everyday since I am traveling with my elderly parents and 3 big luggages. The property itself is ok, but the location is a bit away from the center area. I was unable to hail taxi from the location and have to walk a bit to the center area then to take a taxi.

Casa del Sarto was a very pleasant, clean stay. The room was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. This place was conveniently located within a 15 minute walk from the train station, to the cathedral and everything else. I loved how there was a kitchen, fridge, in unit washer/dryer and A/C.

It's not that we didn't like- we just had some issues from the beginning about our shower. So the first day we were struggling with the shower but Maria was able to have it fixed, which I'm appreciative for. She communicated well and made sure the rest of our stay was better.

Outstanding facilities, so comfortable. We had separate bedroom, fantastic bathroom and kitchen and it had a washing machine, just made our 5 days wonderful. Would recommend highly.
