The terrace with its abundance of plants and amazing view across red tiled rooftops towards the Duomo. Its closeness to a small supermarket, restaurants and major attractions.
The stairs to the apartment are quite steep, which my husband and I found challenging (we are in our 60's). The narrow entrance and step up/down to the shower.

terrazza, soppalco, stile, arredo, ampiezza spazi, pulizia, tutto!!!

It’s very easy to access the property with remote digital keys.
The only drawback is that the loft rooms are not separated by a wall from the living room, so if you need privacy this flat might not work for you in terms of sound. For us it was ok.
