内装がとても新しくて綺麗でした！親戚の新築の家に遊びに行った様な感じで寛げました。 1歳10ヶ月の寝相の悪い子供が居たのでローベットなのがとても良かったです。 近くにスーパーがあったので便利でした。

施設の構造上仕方ないですがオンライン受付をする場所（入り口）が狭かったので、他のお客さんが受付をしてると、通る事ができなくて少し待つ必要がありました。 詳しいアメニティを書いてある所を探す事が出来ず準備して行きましたが、歯ブラシ・綿棒・ヘアブラシ・ボディスポンジはありました。

overall a pleasant stay, just that at the time of check-in there is slight hiccups to wait for the English's speaking staff

car parking. there was only one spot so we have to find the car parking by ourself. there were plenty but moving from the parking to hotel with two kids plus luggage was bit tough.

good staff is very important and we see always in this hotel merry Xmas and happy new year 2023 we hope to visit in new year again

The place is close enough from the station, the shower/bath has a good size. There is a huge TV with netflix to relax. The aircon is working well while outside is very hot and humid. The Beds are good and the small kitchen is enough to prepare something small. There is a big supermarket 3min on foot with everthing you need. the self check-in is conveniant and easy to do. Very clean

Not a lot of restaurant were open, probably because there is no tourist nowadays. Deshumidificator get full very quickly in summer, you have to empty it yourself. The staff did not fill up correctly them system when we applied and the self check-in did not work at first. We payed all on booking.com but the self checkin-in asked us to pay again. It was a small error which took 45min to fixed. Not a big deal but annoying when the children need to rest from a long trip. There is a smartphone and a tablet in the apartment which you can use to contact the staff, I don't feel confident with this because we could get spied.
