It was conveniently located for us, and well priced. The lady who greeted us and checked us in was super personable and nice, and the lady who checked us out was lovely also.

The bed sagged quite badly in the middle which was a bit uncomfortable, and the lights near the door for the lights, air con, and mains power were quite distracting to sleep.

The location was very convenient to going to ICC

For the price I paid the room was very small.For a couple there was hardly space to move ,only 1 stood to sit on,no place to put Ur luggage, under the bed!!!!. No cupboard to put things. For 1 nite stay it's ok but we had 4 nites, so it's up to you to book, I won't do it again.

I got free upgrade to a balcony suite due to cancellations. Gee Gee at the front desk was lovely and the room was beautiful.

The bathroom could have been cleaner behind the toilet, the shower seat and the floor beneath. The bathroom was a disabled accessible bathroom. The shower head works fine when taken off the holder but when placed in doesn’t fit right and falls down at the wrong angle. When placed in the holder at an angle that holds the shower head was at a 90 degree angle and showers the entire bathroom.

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable. It was very small. However, I'm sure if I knew measurements etc, then when booking I would have known how small it was!!

Staff were SO friendly, helped with a late check in and parking, seamless. The location is great, good value.

Parking was not cheap but still discounted through the hotel. To be expected with that location though.

Our room phone was on max volume which disrupted our sleep when we received a call. Only one room key - we can’t remove the one from the room so we need to come back at the same time (and people may forget to turn off the aircon/lights).

The room was quite small, absolutely fine for our stay, as we were out most of the time. But for anyone needing more room or spending more time in the room, it may be too small.

Staff was friendly. They called me to check what time I was arriving, and could easily provide a late check in staff member if I was going to be late. The room itself was small, but so well designed that it didn't feel small. Great facilities and location was perfect!

Couldn't figure out how to get the wifi working, and wasn't provided any directions on checking in.
