La comodidad de la cama, la limpieza del lugar, la amabilidad de habernos permitido guardar las valijas hasta la tarde. La zona excelente.

Juan, the owner, was VERY friendly and helpful - great guy. Went out of his way to help us. Apartment is very nice - would stay there again. Fantastic shower, nice large-screen TV, and awesome patio sitting area, very private.

Nothing negative to say about the apartment that would keep me from coming back. In fact we wanted to extend a week but it was already reserved. Some "less than perfect" observations: Location is good, but takes a bit of walking (15 min) to get to the nicer Recoleta restaurants (there are restaurants nearby though). As others mentioned, we occasionally noticed cigarette smoke coming in from an upstairs apartment - was not huge issue, but was occasionally noticeable. .

The location and the surface of the flat is perfect

Both owners were very nice , friendly, thoughtful and eager to help. The location is fabulous, close to two subway stations and to many stores, restaurants, food stores. The apartment is large and clean, well equipped and the main bed was comfortable. The AC and heaters worked well, so did the hot water. The large flat screen TV offered many channels including a number of international channels in various languages. The building attendant was also very nice, friendly and helpful. The Kitchen was well equipped, the gas stove and oven worked very well, the large refrigerator (with water and fresh fruits kindly offered by the owners) was very convenient. The shower was pleasant. Both the building and the neighborhood felt very safe.

We had three problems which were not the owners’ fault but negatively impacted our stay: 1) while the internet worked well initially, by lack of luck we were without internet for 5 days out of 2 weeks. The owners did their best to ask Fibertel to fix it, but the company seemed to be incompetent at doing so promptly 2) there was a neighbor upstairs who smoked a lot in the evening and somehow every evening we could smell cigarette smoke coming through some heating vents, mostly in the small bedroom across from the toilet 3) on the first Saturday evening, very loud music with annoying percussion could be heard from the main bedroom until 3 a.m., preventing us from sleeping. it seemed to come from the next building. the following Saturday, the same music started in the early evening, but perhaps thanks to the rain that started at that time, it stopped early. Besides these 3 unfortunate things, it was a nice apartment in an excellent location. One minor additional thing, the sofa in the living room was old and uncomfortable to sit in despite the availability of many pillows.
