The best shower in Europe! Most hand held showers here, don’t stay up, or are too small, leave water all over the floor. This shower is perfect.
Also a Fabio is a kind, helpful, caring host.
I ended up having an accident in the town and had to get a cast on my leg. Fabio was more than happy to recommend where to buy the crutches & which hospital to go to. He even visited the property, offering advice, assistance and help for carrying the luggage down the 1 flight of stairs. People like Fabio make the world a better place!

Short distance to trein station and a reasonable walking distance to centre. Spacious rooms, new and clean bathroom . Helpful host
Entering is difficult and when you arrive late after sunset , tricky. Do It Yourself entry with keybox and several keys. Appartement is on the 4th floor. You may trust the old elevator, but if you take the staircase, press the light switch on each floor. Otherwise a timer will switch off and you will be in the dark. In front of the last door, there is no light at all, so you need the flashlight if your phone to find the lock. Thus lock tends to block and inserting key is not easy. (Unless you have some lubricants eg. WD40 ).
Udine street is rather noisy
