Good communication from the host- easy instructions to access the property. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great location to explore Saltburn . Opposite the beach, sea view. Would return and recommend.

great location to explore Saltburn and beyond, lovely modern refurbishment of old terraced building. all amenities, quiet at night and comfortable stay. Clear uncomplicated information in apartment to assist stay.

Beautiful decor, finished to a high standard. Quiet location, spacious apartment. Lots of free parking.
Would have benefited from a king size bed as the bedroom is very large.
Seats were a little high for us at the breakfast bar, but that’s just our preference.

Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great location and the side sea view was a lovely surprise.
We don’t have any criticism of the property itself. We would definitely go again and recommend to family and friends. The only slight criticism is that the communal entrance area was a little run down.

everything about this apartment was excellent. The fixtures and fittings together with the furniture and upholstery were all top quality. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Fortunately we were able to manage the stairs but these may possibly be problematic for some so feel this should be highlighted more.

More towels would of been nice. A lot of stairs up to the top, not sure if that was mentioned when booking as wouldn't be suitable for everyone.

The apartment was in a great location, 5 minutes drive to wedding. Would live to revisit in the future to see more of Saltburn
I arrived on my own and was quite difficult to see keysafe numbers

location of the property with the sea views,very clean .
the flat was at the top of the building, exactly 39 steps to climb,and although we are both relatively fit ,climbing 39 steps after a good meal,puts a dampener on the evening .

The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen.
The stairs were quite a challenge but it is a top floor apartment with a sea view. We are a couple in our seventies but the stairs would not put me off booking again.

Control of the hive heating system was not easy as it appeared to be programmed offsite. The bathroom radiator was coming off the wall which didn't seem particularly safe and there was no instruction regarding fire exits - particularly as it is second floor and no fixed fire escape.
