I spent around a month in Bali so I know what standards to expect from the hotels. This was the most horrible place I’ve seen there. - The place is advertised as luxury villas but nothing is luxury about it. Everything is run down, broken, dirty. - Pool hasn’t been cleaned for a long while, the colour shows. Frogs partying there when humans not around (watched from my balcony) - Doors and windows don’t close properly - 3-5 cm gaps between them and your room will turn into a zoo with geckos, rats, and other animals that are considered normal - I didn’t have internet connection in my room. Staff promised to fix it, did nothing - My bathroom wasn’t cleaned before my arrival - You’re there to relax but you HAVE TO order what you want to eat for breakfast and at what time a day in advance. You can’t be flexible with your day - I found 3 palm-sized cockroaches in my room, one IN MY BED, the second night I was supposed to spend there. Tried to contact the staff as it was still their business hours but no one was reachable. I had to leave as I couldn’t have slept there with those animals. On Christmas night, when it was raining cats and dogs. Couldn’t find any accommodation online due to the busiest time of the year, so a nearby hotel helped me find one by calling over 10 hotels. I was there to relax and spend the last days of my holiday in a calm place but because of them, I had to spend each night at a different hotel.

Accoglienza molto calorosa e disponibilità per molteplici servizi (es. noleggio moto comodissimo con ritiro e riconsegna direttamente in loco, 110cc per meno di 4 €/gg). Struttura locata in mezzo al verde lontano dal caos del centro di Ubud. Ottima anche la piscina.

Si potrebbe aggiungere un tavolino in camera, vista l'ampia metratura.

Struttura immersa nella natura, ampie camere e bellissimo il bagno con apertura sul tetto. Ottima colazione servita al tavolo la mattina. Personale molto accogliente e gentile. La struttura è a pochi minuti di motorino dal centro di Ubud ed ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo fantastico.

Come raccomandazione suggersico di fare più attenzione alla pulizia di lenzuoli e asciugamani.

Room was big enough and comfortable. We enjoyed different type of breakfast and all of them were very good. We Enjoyed swimming pool. Room was cleaned well. The facility is a little old and we found some bugs in the room but it was not a problem.

I was given 2 WhatsApp numbers. Later I was told to send text to one of them for quick response. It would be better if I knew it from the beggining.

Nice environment and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, kettle provided in the room. Generally quiet and peaceful and easy to get into town via grab. Staff very polite and relaxed. Provided cake as a small birthday surprise which was very thoughtful.

Property looks beautiful but on closer inspection needs some maintenance-light in my room and towel rail was broken, shower flow was poor and never fixed, didn't have hot water one night even though I did tell the staff. For the price bracket the overall maintenance inside could have been better relative to other properties I have stayed in in Ubud. Although it is quiet you are still near the main road so there is some traffic sounds but compared to Central it is still very nice. No coffee or tea provided in the room. Make sure you check which room you get as mine was directly facing the reception so didn't have much of a rice fields view but overall the ambience was nice. Property no longer offers free shuttle but charges 100,000 to go into town-grab is far cheaper so didn't make sense if there is only one of you.

The location is the only good thing

We were traveling for a month and this was our last accommodation in Bali, that's why I decided to spend more money although there were cheaper accommodations very close. I chose a "suite deluxe" (for 3 nights), this is how they described it in Booking. If you see the pictures, you will see there's no luxury anywhere. I want to stand out that Santosha has only 8 villas and we were the only clients. Mattress and sheets were wet (no rainy season), room were dirty EVERYWHERE, rats pee, a lack of maintain in curtains, walls... I communicated my disappoint to the staff and asked why the room was described as luxurious, and they did not know how to answer, only "sorry, sorry", but they didn't look for a solution and they didn't give us options. The next day they did not make the room with the excuse that they thought it was our check out day... well, if it's our check out day, you have to go and clean for the next clients, right? And you will see our suitcases... It's a shame that a place like this is spoiled by staff who don't care about cleaning it well and by a property management that doesn't invest in maintenance. But above all, they lie their clients, if it is not luxury the villa or the experience, do not sell it as such.

Nice spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Bathtub in the big bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive. Generous breakfast and lovely scenery. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem and located in a beautiful landscape with a clean and calm environment. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for a very relaxed stay and will visit this place again.
