The Rabbit Tree Hostel

Make yourself a present and stay in The Rabbit Tree when passing from Gili Meno. The island is very beautiful, but my stay would have not been the same without discovering this haven. The building itself it's crazy, with secret passage from one place to the other. The food is exceptionally good and for a very good price. And the staff is just amazing. Fun, welcoming, advising everything, so nice! Extra: Valentina and Giorgio, the two italian volunteers make it so easy to socialize with the others, proposing activities everyday. I really had my best time here, I extended only one night after the three that I had already booked, but I would have loved to stay for way more! Sampai jumpa Iky and the boys!

Ikky manages a really phenomenal hostel. He’s friendly, helpful, and always available. I had the Monk room, which had great a/c, was really quiet and very cosy. The place is spotlessly clean. The staff do a very thorough job of cleaning the shared bathrooms and at all times they were clean. There was never a queue. The food was really tasty, especially the Indonesian buffet, the breakfast granola bowl, and the fries. Lovely iced lattes and a very good white Balinese wine. The location was perfect. In the centre of the island, close to a very good supermarket. A short walk to the lake, and slightly further to turtle snorkelling (please keep your distance if you’re lucky enough to see a turtle. Do not touch them - you’ll cause irreparable harm) Cam was a great host, enthusiastic and very sweet. ❤️

Very unique design and cool rooms.. staff and owner are all very nice. They have various planned group activities.. was meant to stay 3 nights ended up, here for 8 at first only stayed here because it was the only hostel on the island, but would stay here again if 10 more opened absolutely loved it.

Für Alleinreisende ein gutes Hostel da viele gemeinsame Aktivitäten angeboten werden. Es ist ein kreatives Gebäude.

Man durfte nur barfuß laufen, was spätestens in den Toiletten wirklich sehr ekelig wurde. Danke für den Fußpilz.
