The location is great, the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is also pretty good.

The rooms are a little bit old for the price.

There was nothing to like.

We were unable to stay at this hotel due to Government banning the sailing of all ferries to the island. We were notified the night before. There was absolutely no way for us to reach this hotel to have our stay, so i would advise you to bear this in mind if you book to stay here, especially after the unpredictable weather Bali has been having. We did book the room as non refundable, however even if we had booked the 24hour cancellation we would have still had to pay as we only got notified the night before our stay that the Govt had closed the ports. Despite this situation being beyond our control and literally not possible for us to reach the hotel felt this was a valid enough reason to not give us our money back. Initially they told us that booking.com could only manage a refund but after several days of chasing it was their side that was denying a refund. They offered a credit note but like so many other people booking a hotel, we do not live near and are unable to return anytime soon or be able to afford to travel there, so it proves useless not to mention not wanting to stay there due to their poor handling of the situation. So whilst the bad weather ensures in Bali, be careful what you book for and that you may find the hotel happy to keep payment for a service that couldn't be used for reasons beyond your control.

Normal food, Don't expext any 5 start hotel food. But I wouldn't say it's bad.

Best location in the island where you can spot turtles every day. Having the pool and sandbeds at the beach front was so comfortable and with an amazing view. Nice staff and service.

Aircon didn’t work properly and was very noisy, bathroom looks a bit old and neglected, we had mold in the shower. Breakfast was good but the day we had à la carte we had to wait 45 minutes before getting served.

The staff were beyond helpful, genuine & friendly. I would compare the quality of staff to the Ritz-Carlton or the Four Seasons. Unbelievably kind and always willing to go out of their way for you to enjoy your stay. The taste & quality of food is the best you’ll get on the island. Don’t even bother trying to elsewhere on Gili Meno. On top of that, the drinks were so refreshing & well prepared. Value for money is great and the staff are able to make arrangements for other activities (i.e. snorkelling, horse riding etc.).

There were some bugs/insects around the room but this is very common within Indonesia (and all of our stays within Bali). However, the staff provides you with insect repellent to combat this. Wi-Fi can be a bit annoying but you shouldn’t be on this beautiful island for the internet. Disconnect and enjoy!!

We choosed the sea view bungalow and it was a great choice! Very nice view, very clean. Great pleasure to stay here. The island is quite calm so you you could rest here and enjoy the nature. Specially the sea. It is possible to snorchle directly in front of the resort together with turtles (if you choose the right time with less boats in the area). We also use some services provided by the resort - snorchling tour around island (but one of the best areas is directly in front of the resort:)). It is possible to manage privatwe boat to other gili islands, rent a bike, rent snorchling gear. Time to time they organize very nice barbecue at the dinner time directly on the beach! It was fantastic. Breakfast is OK - a la carte in case of less guests. We spend 4 days here and it was great relax. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. Perfect spot for the end of our vacation in Indonesia.

Food in the restaurant is let say average but in the area there is plenty great local Warungs.
