This property is about 10-15mins walk to the port. Water pressure for the shower head is good.
We didn’t appreciate that the owner only addressed us few days prior to the check in date that we had to pay additional 20Euro for “supplements” otherwise we have to cancel our booking with them. So given the time frame we were forced to pay.
On top of that, the sleep was bad due to half broken sofa bed and the cold air “fan” simply wasn’t cold enough for the room. The bathroom almost like a sauna each time you go. Lastly since the room is just right above the restaurant, I will suggest you don’t hang any clothes in the room at least you want them smell like oily food the next day. :)

You had to pay extra 20€ cleaning fees, and the info was only given after the booking. I didn't mind paying but if I had known I would have looked at other options beforehand.

Absolutely best spot in town, right in the heart of the old town and the Port is only a short walk. Close to beautiful shops and restaurants. Owner was lovely and very accommodating. Would stay there again. Be mindful the stairs are quite steep to the apartment!

The apartment is nicely decorated and designed, the host showed me everything when I arrived. The square outside has several cafes and is a good place to sit, eat, relax etc. It wasn't too noisy at night for me. The neighbourhood is very pretty and is in a convenient location, you can walk to all the interesting sights in the city.
The kitchen needs a few small items, e.g. a knife to chop vegetables and a towel. The bathroom has low ceilings so watch your head!

Peaceful gem in the middle of a unique area. Tons of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Close enough to the main city to walk and far enough to enjoy the quiet. Must book if staying in Marseille.

The house was perfect for two people, really nice and cozy. There were heaters that managed to keep the apartment very warm and there were all the essential facilities.
The location was perfect, being in the middle of Le Panier and really close to the Old Port and a lot of attractions.
This is not something I didn't like about it, but a heads up: just know that after you've booked the apartment, you'll be contacted by the owner to let you know that you need to pay €20 additional for towels, sheets and cleaning.

Clean, comfortable, good location.
Read a lot of comments about it being loud outside but we didn’t have this issue it was nice and quiet around the time we went to bed (11pm ish).
Apartment wasn’t too hot like we read in the comments. There is no air on but there’s a good Dyson fan which worked well and is nice and quiet!
€20 charge for towels seems a bit much and not necessary should be included in the price. Not many kitchen facilities very limited. Bathroom is a bit tall, if you’re over 6ft you will struggle but it’s manageable.

Great Location, nice and welcoming flat
Extremely noisy in the evening

Nice location if you want to explore the historic quarter. But I would suggest staying near the port because it’s more lively, convenient and there’re more options for restaurants, bars,... and just come visit here during the day. It’s quite hard finding a parking place here too and the streets are mostly small/ one-way. We ended up not staying in the quarter much at all and always had to drive to other parts of the city for dining.
Two big windows looking down busy bar/restaurant but the curtains are very thin so everyone can see you if you want to open the door for some air (which you kind of have to because it’s extremely hot inside during the summer with no air conditioner).
The heat was our biggest issue. Even during the hottest hours of the day it is still more cool outside than inside the room. For the fan to help you have to open the window for the cool air but then there is the issue with the privacy I talked about above.
Small bathroom so maybe if you’re very tall it can be uncomfortable too.
