Really large apartment (No. 2c) - a lot of space, small but nice kitchen (there is a coffee machine to make a cup(s) of filtered coffee), nice bathroom, and large main room (with TV and comfort bed)! I was satisfied - the location is quite far from city centre, but bus stop can be found in front of the apartment house. And tram stop is only 800 m far from apartment... Wi-Fi connection with no problems :)

A little bit dirty (not in all rooms), and noisy neighbors (it would be sometimes expected but the main problem was door between apartments - don´t worry, door cannot be open, but it is quite thin and I could hear noise from next apartment around midnight)

Proximity of public transport, shops near by. The apartment is averagely equiped, has got all necessites.

If you are traveling by car get ready for additional cost for parking space in front of the apartment for 25€ per night. Parking space is for one car, they rent it for two, so it is very hard to maneuver. You can use public garage one train station away for 4.1€/24h. In front of the apartment is a bus station, the noise is noticeable.

The location was good because there is a train station close to the hotel from where you can take a train to the city center and the travel to the center of Vienna is only 15 minutes. The price-quality balance is good, but only during winter and for a short stay! But for a longer stay or when the weather is warm it is not recommended to stay there.

Check out time is very early 10:00 AM which is a problem in case your flight is late. I left in 10:23 and one of the hotel staff started yelling and swearing at me in Romanian language because I vacated the room with 23 minutes later while the rooms are not given to the next customer until after 15:00, it looks like it took more than 4 hours for the room to be cleaned! And this happened to me even though before I arrive I asked to vacate the room at 11:00 in the day I leave and I was not refused. The hotel building is less than 10 meters from a busy boulevard and there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Because of this it is very noisy 24/7, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms! Cars and buses are constantly passing, which make a lot of noise and in the summer you can't sleep because the window has to be open, due to the lack of air conditioning. Insects enter the rooms because the window must be open in the summer, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. There were a lot of dirty cobwebs in the room. If you are traveling on a budget during the winter and up to two nights, this hotel is acceptable. But for a longer stay or when the weather is warm it is not recommended to stay there.

The preparation of the room was great. Its location was perfect for me.

The isolation of sound is so poor. I can hear everyone entering the hotel since I took the ground floor. I can hear every car on the road.

The 1210Apartment met all my expectations. There were all facilities for living. The apartments is light and clean. There was small issues with kitchen stuff but on the next day they were complwtely cleaned up.

Very nice apartment, in a quiet neighborhood. Super markets and a train stop at a very close range. A good choice.

The kitchen is pretty small and we had a bit of a hard time preparing light meals. The hot plate was tricky to understand how it works. But that is really not a problem. All in all the apartment is great. 🙂

Clean room and fully furnished. Very well connected with public transport. Host was kind and helpful. Super recommended!

Perfect space for a solo traveller

It was really easy to find the building and the apartment, maybe because the instructions were very clear. It had everything somebody needs for a few days of staying in Vienna, including kitchen appliances.

The only bad side of the apartment was that it's kind of far away from the city center - about 40 minutes by public transport. But it's solved by closeness to the railway station - three minutes walk, and the bus station which is literally across the street. That way, everything is still really easy accessible.

Big and newly renovated, but still in a nice old house, direct train connection from Airport/center, has dishes,a hairdryer and everything you need,contactless check in

Some traffic noises (street facing room) bad train intervalls at night/sundays/bank holidays which means waiting or walking(less fun in winter) not a double bed but two singles pushed together

It was easy to get into the building and room using the code given. The shower was great. It was just a few minutes walk from the railway station and there was a small supermarket even closer.

The room was cold, the bed was pushed up against the cold wall and the heater didn’t work in the plug socket by the bed, only in the plug socket in the kitchen area. There are no instructions, for example for the microwave, and no “welcome to the apartment, the local shops are open these hours, here is how to find out train times..” and there is one plate, one mug, etc., God forbid you should have a friend!!

Everything was great! Easy communication and clear instructions for self check in, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We enjoyed and we will definitely come back!

Very stingy smell at arrival that persisted until the second night and very cold during the night :(

This place was incredible ! I have nothing more to say than that ! I will definitely try to book here again if I come back to Vienna.

The only down point would be for cooking. No basic condiment like oil or salt, grinder for cheese, and only one cooktop, it would have been amazing to have that. But come on, can we really count that as a down point ?

A lot of space in apartment, near S-bahn, Lidl and Billa. Great restaurant in next building. Private parking. Kitchen has all stuff.

Could not connect to wi-fi. Surface of floor is strange, looks dirty.

Perfect contact with the owner. Amazing place , close to the supermarkets ,clean and tidy - has everything you need. Close to the station easy connections to get anywhere you need. Would reccomend!

Fairly uncomplicated check in.

No fan or A/C. Could not keep the windows open as it was in ground floor. No privacy, had to keep the curtains on 24/7 as people walking in the street can easily see inside. Could not find laundry room, contacted host by email and text message, no reply received in my 3 nights stay.
