The location was easy to find, the cabin was cute with an updated interior and looked similar to the advertisement.
We were extremely disappointed to see an out of order sticker on the fireplace. Renting a cabin in Big Bear with cold temperatures, it was important that we had a fireplace. We used the phone number provided to text and a different phone number to call the support team but after 3 hours of waiting, no one had responded to the property. We were told it does work but the remote had a child lock on it and my husband was finally able to Google how to unlock the settings. He was beyond frustrated with the situation and service. He booked this trip for my birthday weekend and was very disappointed. We planned on going in the hot tub and then playing cards in the evening. Instead, we soent time trying to fix the fireplace remote and never made it in the hot tub.

We had a great stay at this property with our dogs. The cabin looked just like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. The electric car charger was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood. Didn't try the spa (the water looked a little "hazy" for my tastes. Relatively close to everything (15min drive).

We loved this house and it was very well appointed. I just wish checkout wasn’t 10am. It’s so hard to get teens motivated that early and for a quick weekend getaway, noon would have been much more reasonable. Overall great house and location.

The property itself was great. Comfortable and clean inside. The management company could have done a better job with communicating back to us and cleaning up the outside of the property. There were not enough wash clothes and hand towels for 5 guests (property accommodations 5) and when emailed, there was no response back. The backyard/spa area could have been cleaned up better (pollen, spiderwebs, general dirt that hadn’t been swept) but overall was still fine. Would have been nice to not have to clean this up while on vacation though. Checking in has limited hours and while we then say this after the fact (our mistake), we feel they should be present on the fi

We had an amazing stay at this homey cabin with a great location to everything. One of our children kept referring to the cabin as our new home due to how clean and welcoming it was. Everything you could need is conveniently there. We loved our stay. Thank you.

My kiddos wanted to play in the snow and this was the perfect spot! The cabin was perfect with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax. The hot tub and electric car charging station were fantastic bonuses! We're already looking to rebook here in the future.

Got to the house, went in, house was not cleaned, trash on table, beds a mess, was told the check in person forgot to tell us and give us another place, they gave us 3 options, all were not as nice as the place we originally rented, second option we went to had used cleaning gloves on the sink and was not somewhere we wanted to stay. Ended up at a 3rd place by 8pm, super old, shag carpet, hot tub was so old and dirty we couldn’t use it and there was an animal eating something in the walls each night. The first house was really nice, just wasn’t cleaned and we had to leave

We visit big bear every year, this is the first cabin we really enjoyed and would definitely revisit. They truly thought of everything from the beautiful remodel done, to all little things you need when away from home. PS I love the fact they had a humidifier. This is a very cozy, clean, beautiful house. The decor is on spot! It has everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect since you are 5 minutes from the slopes. We would definitely love to stay there again :)

Exactly as described. Great location convenient to slopes, village etc. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) with all amenities needed to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Property management was also responsive and helpful when needed.

Popped up to big bear for a few nights to get away with the family and play in the snow. Had a great time. The cabin was great and accommodated everyone. Do you be warned? There is one bathroom on the bottom floor so if you can’t do stairs this might not be the place for you renovated nice amenities really nice kitchen fully stocked. Bring some extra paper products other than that very comfortable stay.

Great property - pictures are 100% accurate. Very nice and well maintained. Beautifully appointed with whatever one would need. Only issue we had - and not fault of property - was a few barking dogs in neighborhood. Kind of detracted from peacefulness at times which was unfortunate. Still had a great stay overall. Cabin looks to be built within that last few months. Very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Only a couple miles from the village, trails, and lake. Jacuzzi was clean and private. The 1st floor is well heated from the fireplace but the upstairs gets cold! A space heater or more blankets would have been nice to have on hand. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

From start to finish, I was a little disappointed with my experience. The contract and the signatures and the emails and the check in just to get to the place was a little too much. There are way too many rules and policies to follow. I do not like that you have to take out your own trash and do the dishes when you pay a cleaning fee. I did not like that you had to be out by 10am- you don’t even get the place for 24hrs, only 18. I did not like that you can’t use the hot tub after 10pm. Once there, we found the place to be pretty dirty, especially the floors. It was difficult not having a bathroom upstairs. I would also like to have been made aware that there were cameras everywhere outside and a ring camera that can hear you talking. I would like to have at least been made aware of that, just made me a bit uncomfortable. There was construction around the neighborhood so the street was loud and busy as it was used as a detour-would have been nice to be notified of that too. Curtains are somewhat see-through so you don’t feel like you have much privacy. It wasn’t terrible, but it could have been way better.
