Location , fridge, maids very nice

See through shower , no iron , not enough drawers, no closets , didn’t like the bedding or bed speeds

I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date. I alerted booking and aloft more than 10 days before stay. Booking said they reached out to aloft about canceling stay, but aloft manager acted as if she hadn’t heard from booking and that there was nothing she could do. So I paid full price for a room I didn’t even use. You would think they would work with someone who made an honest mistake.

Location is perfect for Truist field. Very clean and friendly staff

No food available after 10pm other than snacks from the lobby. No breakfast option in the morning, a $6.50 cup of coffee was too unreasonable.

Location was great especially if you went to a Braves game

Our hotel rate was very reasonable for this stay but I just looked into staying there again in late September but the price more than doubled. That was disappointing, so we will stay elsewhere.

the elevator situation and finding rooms and the parking deck was very confusing. even after 3 days.

Location! Location! Location! The place was in the middle of everything. Store, liquor store, restaurants, shopping all together movie theater. Baseball stadium feet away. All great!!!

The environment was awesome...a lil pricey but that was to be expected. Pool table patio and weight room were great.

The internet and tv didn't work for hours on both mornings of my stay. The hotel charged my card for alot of unknown purchases including fee for things I didn't request.
