The space looked exactly like the pictures and had a great view. Since it’s a lower-level unit, you are closer to one of the pools, so it could get a little loud at times. We loved having two bathrooms and the pull-out bed for extra space. The unit does not have laundry, but there is paid laundry on the floor. You do have to download an app to use it, and each load was 2.50. The host did provide a laundry pod, which was appreciated.Communication with the host through text was easy, and we liked the website with local information and freebies. We took advantage of the sunset dolphin tour and highly recommend it.We did have an issue with the entry code at check-in, but it was resolved quickly. A few small things could improve the stay - no scissors in the unit, dead batteries in one remote, and no tissues provided. We loved the ease of renting beach chairs and umbrellas onsite, but reserve them early because they go fast. The resort also has great food and drink options. The unit has a coffee maker that uses pods, but bring your own coffee supplies.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great view of Ocean from room balcony .close to plenty of attractions.code for door did not work when we arrived contacted host issue was solved within 5 min and we were in our room .only draw back was you have to rent beach chairs can't guarantee you will get a chair that has a good view of Ocean the chairs restrict your view because they line them up in rows real hard to get front row we purchased our own chairs from beach store and set behind the rental chairs with no good view

The property was everything we expected. The unit was very clean. The host was extremely courteous and did not mind answering any questions I had. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. We did get a bit of a surprise when we were told we could order drinks and food from the outdoor tiki bar and have them delivered to us either by the pool or on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our door code did not work at 1st. Front desk would not help, because I booked via Vrbo . When I called Vrbo hold time over 15 minutes. No way to get ahold of anyone in a reasonable time . Also elevators slow and only 3 was working. A lot of floors for 3 elevators. Very clean room awesome views ! Great location.
