The area and beach were wonderful!!! The home is nice but definitely could use some tender loving care especially regarding the cleanliness of the floors. Also, all the mattresses/beds were quite uncomfortable (clearly old) and could feel springs in each one we slept in. The pool is behind the building facing the parking lot instead of the beach which isn’t ideal but was still refreshing.

Incredible location. That said... Run down, poorly appointed furnishings. Stained carpets, rusting everything. Wi-Fi not working. Awful communication from management. Broken countertops, toilet seats look melted? Dated, mismatched, uncomfortable furniture. Maybe all collected from yard sales.
There are way too many beautiful places to stay at a place like this. Literally the ugliest place on the street.
We'd never stay here again.

Need sheets were NOT cleaned, restroom doors would not lock, and WiFi did not work, called several times regarding the WiFi and was told someone would call me back to fix the issue but never received a call back.

I've always loved this location and have stayed at this condo multiple times! I'm not sure if it was owner of the room or how that works but the shower drain was clogged- we had to fix this ourselves to be able to shower as there was sand in the bottom of the tub. The master bed was not comfortable as the one side seemed sunken in or maybe some springs were broken?? Unfortunately the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work either which is always a must at bedtime! Overall it was clean and had a lot of the things we needed as we like to cook our food there instead of eating out every evening. We also were never provided with the wrist bands that are required and were asked by security to leave the pool area since we did not have those. Contacted vacasa support and still never received those during the duration of our stay.

The location was great. Quick beach access. Some things were not the best. A cabinet in the kitchen was broke, the screens on the patio doors were almost inoperable. The Wi-Fi for our unit didn’t work, we had to have maintenance come out and ended up connecting to a different units Wi-Fi. The master Bed was lopsided and super uncomfortable.
Not terrible but could be better for the price.

Everything was great. This is our 5th time staying at Crystal Villas. We had ussues w8th the tv in the living room connecting. The one in the bedroom worked fine.

This condo was perfect. It was in clean condition, right on the beach with a million dollar view. Parking was easy and it is a block over from a cafe as well as a couple of blocks to shops and market. Staff came right over when I had a question about the ceiling fan. I really liked the layout of this unit, with two baths and a laundry/shower room in between. The property does a great job with setting up chaises and umbrellas. My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying here and hope to come back!

The best part is that we have access to a private beach with two sun chairs. We don't have to drag gear across the streets and fight for a sliver of beach. The condos have the basics. They are a bit worn down from use, but make a good base camp for beach access.

We stayed in this condo, B06, in 2018 and it sadly has deteriorated significantly. Broken microwave, unfastened dishwasher, overused dining table with tacky surface, broken down bed, grimy kitchen faucet handles, screw missing causing loose panel on upright washer/dryer. The sinks, tub, and counters, and dishes appeared clean, but there is a burn on the counter near the stove, and the counter above the dishwasher latch is damaged. The remotes for the living room TV looked filthy. I reported the damaged microwave above the stove and Vacasa brought a loaner that looked nice on the outside but the inside was dirty and had burn marks on the interior walls. The condo did not meet my standards for cleanliness, appearance, or expectations for comfort. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures.

Lots of space and all normal house items were available. Toaster, microwave, washer dryer, etc.
The unit does need updates. Some cracks, splits in wallpaper, counter however, that would never stop me from renting this exact unit again.

Things like this will happen so we forgot about it.. We did not realize smoking was allowed on the property. Neighbors below us and beside us continuously smoked on their balconies pretty much making our balcony useless - unless we wanted the odor filling up our unit or wanting to smell the nice salt air mixed with cigarette smoke. Great location and beach services.
