We had a group of 8 adults and it is very spacious. Rooms are all larger than they appear in the pictures. Screened in lanai a very nice bonus The only slight downside is the walk into the main part of lake placid village is a little long and Ubers etc are not reliable around that area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this homey and spacious place. We have been to the Lake Placid many times when kids are small, we used to stay in the hotels, Golden Arrow, Crowne Plaza, etc since we love the open water swimming. This time, we decided to rent a house and give everyone more space, turns out a smart decision and we still did all the activities we love, swimming, hiking, and chill in the tranquil screened balcony. This house provided all the linen/hygiene/utensils we needed. WiFi connection is also excellent, so we had no problem when did ZOOM meeting at the same time. The ONLY suggestion: do get a working spare key, or change to punch code whatever works for the access, we did have a drama, Thanks for Property Manager Ann's quick and decisive help, otherwise, we are screwed. Overall, this is one of our best memories in our last 15 years visit to Lake Placid, we found it will be hard to choose any hotels but not contact Ann or PJ (the owner) next time.

Quiet neighborhood. Not a terrible walk into town. Restaurant within walking distance. House was very spacious and comfortable. Would rent again!
