Great location. Excellent staff, helpful and courteous. Lovely view from the terrace while having breakfast.
Breakfast could be improved, especially the choice and quality of hot food. Also, having to order the day before is not great is it?
Entry to the hotel is via a door leading to a garage. Not the most welcoming of entries, poorly lit at times too. Exterior signage to the hotel could be better.

Sandro and staff made you feel like you owned the place- gorgeously appointed suite- excellent breakfasts. Sandro particularly helpful with restaurant reservations and dealing with rental car company!
Lots of security with buzzing doors etc- but necessary! Loved the place- highly recommend!

A superb boutique hotel in Verona, just steps from the bridge across the river with a magnificent view across the old city. The hotel is in an old building but has been meticulously and tastefully renovated with all modern comforts. The staff is outstanding and Sandro makes sure that everything runs smoothly. We had a duplex room with a large sitting room and fabulous bath on the first floor. While it had few windows, this was fully compensated by the wall of windows and private balcony of the second floor bedroom, complete with standing tub. Breakfast was made to order and served on a balcony off the lobby. Couldn’t ask for more for a delightful stay in Verona.
The only thing to dislike was not being able to stay longer.
