Location is great soft beds , heated pool was warm

Leaking sink in one of the bathrooms, not enough bedding or pillows for the amount of people in room, sink was dirty, floors went the best clean on cleanliness, pool floor was extremely slick, I booked n reserved 2 king suites for family bday get together. They gave away my rooms after I received a confirmation number and gave them away a hour before check in them told me they had no rooms available anymore then they gave us 2 rooms lower grade then what we had booked reserved and had confirmation for pulled one out of maintence , and then STILL charged us for the price of the king suites!! Won’t stay here again unless they willing to refund me for the crap rooms they gave us after giving our rooms away!

The location was really good and easy to find. The area is growing and only minutes away from a lot of different places to eat. The breakfast was good.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel everything about the hotel was great, from checking in to checking out. The hotel appears to be very new and it is super clean and smell good even in the hallways.

It is a fairly new building and everything is modern and updated.

The night staff was immature and not helpful at all. In addition, the room was not clean, the bathtub plug did not work and we were not given a new one when we asked for one. Also, there was snot smeared on the inside of the shower curtain and there was vomit on the floor next to the side of one of the beds and it was also stained and running down the side of the box springs of the bed. One of the supposedly clean towels hanging in the bathroom had yellow crust on it that appeared to be dried mustard or something similar. The breakfast offered very little variety and the eggs had absolutely no taste to them, we ended up leaving early and going out for breakfast.  When we asked for a different plug so that one of our party could take a bath instead of a shower, we were told that they could not go into another room to get a different plug and that they were “hired to work the front desk they weren’t Maintenance”. The night staff did offer us to change rooms but at 10 o’clock at night and one of my children was already sound asleep that was not an option for us.
