The beds were comfortable and the room had great amenities.
It could be great with new management that knew how to hire a warm inviting staff, and coordinate a much better quality breakfast and some additional options.
The "eggs" are awful! Were they powdered? Yuk! They were mushy and runny. The sausage was undercooked and no options like turkey or chicken sausage as you would get even at a Best Western. The oatmeal was a better option but it was very runny.
The black office girl was not nice and she mumbled.
Checkout at 11AM is too early.
Paying for parking is not typical for a hotel of this caliber. It was also a surprise.

I liked the easy check-in, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the room, the amenities of the kitchen and the location of the building.
I didn’t like the boredom of the breakfast (always scrambled eggs and meat patties…maybe waffles on a good morning), and the fact that you have to pay for parking…..i mean com’on🤦♀️ 99% of hotels have that for free🤦♀️

Location and price
Same breakfast offerings every day. When we stayed there before they changed it up every day. Staff were not very cheerful. Carpets were dirty.
