This house was amazing for our group of 20+. Loved having so many bathrooms! The hot water supply was mind boggling-more than enough for all the shower, do dishes, etc. we never ran out! Big enough for all to have their own space and to hang out. The owners were very friendly, responsive and easy to work with!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The owners were so easy to work with and were great at communicating in a timely manner! The house has so much room so you never feel overwhelmed like there isn't enough space. I personally feel like the kitchen and bunk room are much larger in person than they appear online which was a huge bonus. The pool and backyard area were awesome to use in the evenings and on cloudy days. Overall the house was clean and the beds were good quality. It was a great location and we loved not having a ton of traffic right outside the house. Would 10/10 recommend this property!

I can’t say enough positive things about this home! The location is great. Easy walk to beach, several restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool provided hours of entertainment for our group. We have already recommended this rental and will be sure to return!

Nice property close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The golf cart was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The house was great and comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the scenery the first 2 days, but, because we were all together under one roof, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time reconnecting over childhood memories. By far the best experience we have EVER had with a rental. Aubrey and Brie went above and beyond to make our trip great. House has everything you could want/need. Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. We most definitely will be booking this house again!!!

We we’re so happy with this property. It was clean, well maintained and stocked appropriately. The management and owner were very accommodating and communicated immediately. We loved having a bathroom per bedroom! The home was decorated so cute! The pool was smaller than we had expected but it was fine for our group. The outdoor shower was an added bonus as well as the golf cart. The beach is just down the road a short walk and it was nice having the private access. Shops and ice cream within walking distance which was great. We had the most amazing week and we can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you for having us!!

The house was very spacious for the 13 family members attending. The kitchen/dining area was large and well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils which was perfect for our family meals together. All appreciated having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The patio pool was well used by both children and adults when away from the beach. The property was everything advertised.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Although there were 20 of us, the place never felt crowded - plenty of room to spread out! AND we never ran out of hot water even with multiple showers and laundry and kitchen cleanup each day. We also never had a single problem with the WiFi being slow despite multiple devices being connected each day. The six king-sized master suites were spacious and each one having it's own bathroom, closet, and TV made it easy to find some privacy when needed. The pool area provided plenty of outdoor space and the kids (seven cousins ranging from age 17 to age 4) loved being able to swim any time. They also loved the bunk room and being able to hang out together up there. The beach was close enough to easily walk, but having the golf cart came in very handy for taking the gear there and for shuttling people who wanted to go or come back at different times. All told, it was absolutely PERFECT in every possible way and we are already dreaming about coming back next year. Highly recommended!

My husband and I and our children and grandchildren stayed here. The rooms were spacious with a bathroom in each one! The living area and kitchen area were large enough to gather in! The pool was a lot bigger than the others we saw in the area! It was a nice quiet private neighborhood. We had a great time! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone else!

The house is a great price for its size. It is nice that there is a restroom in each room - we had a leadership getaway for 7 adults and it was perfect. The Golf-Cart is a nice add since you definitely cannot walk to the beach from here. communication with owners and property manager was oustanding!
